Since John and Michelle took over the marina, they have made fantastic changes by updating the merchandise, modernizing payment options, and, most importantly, creating some consistency in the experience you’ll get! They are the friendliest, most service oriented people I’ve ever met! We feel so lucky to be on a lake with an amazing couple like this running the marina. Fort Irwin Marina is truly one of our favourite stops when we’re up at the lake. The customer service is always amazing — friendly, helpful, and you can really feel the pride in this family-owned and operated business. They’ve got everything you need in one spot: LCBO, dry goods, ice cream, custom lake merchandise, and even boat rentals.

We always rent a pontoon boat while we’re here and love the ease and convenience of it. It’s so great to support a local business that genuinely cares about its customers and the community. Highly recommend stopping in whether you’re a local, cottager, or just passing through!

Great experience with Michelle and John. As a business owner myself I always try and support family run businesses and they are more than worthy of the support. I lost my boat key and had a friend coming up for the day who is on Redstone and had never been on Haliburton Lake and they helped me by renting me a boat to be able to take him and his wife for a ride. 🛥️🙏👏

The new owners (John and family) are fabulous. They have been nothing but helpful. Not only have they taken great care of our boat, but they are trying to bring back a sense of community to the marina, which was how it used to be when I was a kid growing up on Percy Lake. I can't wait to see what else they have in store for the marina, as they are making all sorts of upgrades and improvements. I hope everyone supports this wonderful family run business!

Besides being just a marina, there's also boat rentals here, looks to be boat storage, a boat ramp which you can pay to use.
There's a small convenience store inside also for drinks, snacks and camping accessories.
