I love this place. Amazing wine selections, I have tried their couple of flights and they're great. This place is such a vibe, service is great! I have only tried their Alfredo pasta which is delectable and so filling. Would highly recommend!

We visited Chilliwack over the long weekend and chose this restaurant based on its ratings and reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We waited significantly longer than other guests just to receive a menu, which was disappointing. The portion sizes were quite small for the price, and the menu offered limited options. While the atmosphere is stylish and upscale—making it a place worth experiencing once—the food itself did not impress. Overall, it’s more of a one-time visit for the ambiance than for the culinary experience.

Four of us went to the restaurant and we all rated it excellent. Two of us had the steak sandwich and it was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Two of us had Prawn Pasta La Limine which was excellent (my wife is trying to find a recipe and try to replicate it). The staff was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We've often been very disappointed at local restaurants and Fortitude was a great find. We will no doubt be returning.

Located in the beautiful district 1881, Chilliwack.

Great dinner experience too with Grinch visiting. The place was packed and our order was a tad late but it was okay. Great food and great drinks, we will surely be back.

Fortitude Wine Bar located in district 1881, Chilliwack, was a great option for us to hangout this Sunday sampling some BC wines, enjoying the cozy atmosphere the venue offers and their amazing Mediterranean platter. The service, food, wine and ambiance was perfect for an afternoon hangout. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Loved this place . Yes I went there on my own and I enjoyed every bite I ate and sip of wine . The waitress was a great help with combining the wine to my choice of food. The fish soupe was refreshing and very aromatic. Loved that you could taste every ingridience in it. The focaccia- vegetarian version,rounded it all nicely up. The crispy bread, the explosion of juicy vegetable, mixed with cheese and the aromatic herbs. Just gave me nice memories of a summer night in italy. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed. Came to celebrate a birthday, and right as our food was served, the power went out. I understand this wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, but since we had already been served, we couldn’t just leave. Sitting in the dark was definitely an unexpected experience. The waiter offered to move us closer to the windows, but what really bothered me was being told twice that they were planning to close. It made us feel rushed and unwelcome — not the kind of atmosphere you’d hope for during a celebration.

We also ordered wine flights — same selection for me and my friend — but one of my samples looked completely different. It was cloudy, had a much stronger smell, and looked nothing like hers. When we asked the waitress, she said it was “organic wine” and that the wine gets murky if it sits at the bottom of the bottle. She also mentioned my sample came from a bottle opened two days ago, while my friend got a pour from a freshly opened one. As a wine lover who’s traveled and tasted wines around the world, I’ve never seen white wine look like that.

Then came the rosé — the third sample — and I could actually see residue or dried bits floating at the bottom. At that point, I didn’t even bother to ask the waitress again what was in my glass.

On the positive side, I would give 5 stars to the kitchen. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The chefs did a fantastic job — it’s just unfortunate the overall experience didn’t match the quality coming out of the kitchen.
