I've had a few treatments here and each and every time Loni and Dr. Karmali did exceptionally great work. They take great care to explain each treatment and step in the process thoroughly and to ensure I was comfortable throughout. Both have lovely people skills on top of their amazing hands at what they do. Highly recommend!!

I Went to see Dr Karmali and Loni for some nuceiva injections. I was a bit nervous as a previous experience (at another place) didn’t give me the results I wanted and cost a lot of money. Dr Karmali and Loni really took the time to understand what I was hoping for and the result is perfect. I am also very comfortable with the amount spent. 10/10 I will be back time and time again.

$1,000 for a sculpture appointment that didn't do anything! Most money I ever spent for such horrible pain and no results. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Such a painful waste of money.

Loni and Eileen are absolutely lovely to work with. Highly trained, and highly attentive to your needs. They listen and craft out a protocol to address those sensitive subjects - wrinkles, stretchmarks, aging, they can provide an option for treatment that makes you feel young again! Loni and Dr K are truly amazing!! They take so much time and pride with each one of their clients, assuring the best treatment is customized specifically for them! My experience has always been very positive and professional, Dr K had given me the best eye lift I’ve ever had with minimal Botox! Loni is the master of her medical facial treatments and has so much knowledge when prescribing the proper skin care suited for your skin type! I would 100% recommended going here for Botox and any medical skin treatments! They also carry amazing skin care lines that will make your skin look bright, minimize wrinkles, giving you a more youthful look! 💜

I had the most horrifying experience in my life with Loni one year ago. Had IPL treatment done on my face and neck. My whole face got burnt. It was very painful experience. My face looked awful. I was stuck in the house for months. I missed work and used all my sick time. It's a very upsetting experience for me with Loni. I was with her on phone and she hang up on me. I wanted to make an appt to see Doctor Karmali. Talked to receptionist few times and they told me I have to call Loni. I texted Loni and left voicemail but she never got back to me. It bothers me because she never apologised and checked on me. She told me she spent $800 on fixing the mess she did on my face. She didn't realize what I am going through. It is mentally difficult for me every time I see myself in mirror. My whole face has the burnt scars and skin is so sensitive now. I asked Loni to do a test spot when I went for consultation and she did not and lied to doctor Karmali that I didn't ask for one. I saw dermatologist and been told that burn is from high heat. I will never recommend anyone to Loni for IPlL. She should do a test spot and not just start testing the heat setting on face like she did to me.
