My experience was good aside from them being an hour behind my appointment time, originally my appointment was for 3pm and we got there they said come back at 3:30 so we did and then I had to wait until 4. But besides that my pedicure was nice and my feet feel great. Would have done 5 stars if my appointment was actually on time.

Very bad service and more expensive than what they indicate in their catalog, I got a lot of cuts and pain, my fingers are glued and my nails hurt. Also, they don't make the design you request.

Well we did not even get to our booked manicure and pedicure appointment. My daughter is pregnant and due any day, he refused to give any sort of massage to her (she specifically asked for) because she is pregnant. Completely unprofessional and uneducated. Very disappointed

TERRIBLE!!! $140 & 2+ hours of time wasted!! Here from out of town and wanted to get a mini pedi
got a shellac manicure… had polish left on my skin , bloody cuticles … after that I should’ve just paid and went somewhere else for my pedicure but I figure I’d give it another shot (regret!!!!) Water was cold , the person doing my pedicure was rough and most of the time it was painful. The worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done…

Go somewhere else!! Not sure how this place has any good reviews… from the dogs & dog hair to no AC, no TV and just a hot rundown room.

Do NOT recommend…
Came for my 6pm apt, waited for 25 minutes with no communication from them.
Then I said I had a dinner at 7 and the lady just didn’t say anything, but she lifted the arm of the chair for me to leave. She didn’t even dry my feet from the water….
It was ridiculous. So glad I didn’t give them my money lol

I’ve gone a few times now. Always for “gel nails” and the service isn’t consistent. I find the lady typically always files to hard and last time I went she actually cut my finger from filing to hard, and forgot she did and re-filled the same spot(their was already blood at this point) she said sorry but blamed it on the shape of mg nail, basically saying it’s my fault she filed to hard and cut me. She was also falling asleep while electric filing my nails and drifted off and filed the skin under my finger a bit before I winced away for her to notice.
When it came time to pay I inquired why I was being charged for a “new set” when I got a “fill” , they said it’s because I got colour. However, I got 1 straight colour( no gems or any fancy designs) and no where in their pricing does it say that is more. I personally don’t want clear nails. I feel that’s false advertising. This was my 3rd time going and it’s never consistent. Needless to say after this experience I won’t ever go back. I will be switching to someone else who actually follows their price and doesn’t hurt me.

Service took far longer than what was expected, the price was almost $20 more than what was on their price list. The lady who was doing the nails was very slow, cut me several times, got glue all over my fingers, and was quite rude. Not impressed at all
