I've chosen to go to this massage salon because they are relatively close to my place. While the massage therapists are skilled, the salon has significant organizational issues. After purchasing a package (pay for 6 hours and get one hour free, valued at around $700), I felt that they no longer cared about my satisfaction.

Despite making appointments, I visited the salon twice only to be told they couldn't find my appointments. The first time, I rescheduled without complaint, but the same issue occurred when I returned. Frustrated, I requested a refund for the outstanding balance. They refused, citing the absence of the manager.

A day or so later, a representative called, apologized for the booking system issues, and offered me an additional hour for free. I politely declined, stating that I just wanted a refund and to move past this bad experience. She insisted, promising that the issue would not recur and that if it did, she would refund me in full. Reluctantly, I agreed to give them another chance.

I made a new appointment over the phone, and this time everything went smoothly. I then scheduled an appointment for my wife for the following Friday. Unfortunately, when she arrived, there was no one assigned to give her the massage. That was the final straw.

Upon hearing this, I contacted Fresh Touch Med Spa again to request a refund on my credit card. So far, I have not received the money and doubt I ever will. All three missed sessions happened within a ten-day period. This experience has been extremely frustrating. If their booking system is faulty, they should resort to manual methods like using a pencil and paper until the issue is resolved. Their disorganization is unlike anything I've encountered before.

I had called and asked if I can do hydra-facial and combine it with derma-planing, I was told that they can do this and to come in. I booked the appointment for 2:00 PM. When I came in I was told to complete forms which is normal and then I was taken into a consultation room, where one of the staff who had later completed my facial spent about 25 minutes telling me of the different services I need. I repetitively told her I was not interested in the other services and just wanted to do what I had come for. Instead she continued to waste my time and talk about laser treatment options and buying packages. I had told her I will be leaving to a tropical country soon and do not want to do any treatment as I will be attending a wedding. She kept insisting I should do laser and nothing will happen. She also asked if money was an issue multiple times, which I answered no. I feel it it’s evident a customer does not want the services, as a business you should respect it. When a customer comes in knowing their skin and previous reactions, they are the expert of their skin. You should leave it up to the customers discretion. I’m thankful I was assertive enough to advocate for myself and just did the service I came in for. I understand it’s a business but it felt very hostile and complete lack of consideration of people’s time. While during the facial, I was asked probing question about my past esthetician who was away on maternity leave and judgment. I do facials once a month as a form of self-care, this was overall a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning and recommend people to find a better alternative if you don’t to feel pressured to be made feel bad about yourself.

Came to fresh touch spa for enlarged pores on the forehead and nose and was recommended a facial and the carbon laser peel treatment. After the procedure there is a very noticeable difference with the pores on my skin. My skin is glowing, love it! Thank you very much fresh touch med spa team!

Do not waste your money at this place. It is a ripoff. I had 3 sessions of laser hair removal and on the 3rd session I got burned in all three places, stomach line, underarm and Brazilian. The manger which is the short Chinese lady was very rude and disrespectful, completely ignored what I was trying to say about being burnt even tho it was on my skin and she completely disregarded what I was saying and told me it’s razor burn. I told her my doctor said it’s from the laser and if I went to a dermatologist, they’d say the same. She kept saying it’s razor burn like I don’t know what that is. After which she informed me that I should get a doctors note stating what happened, then I’ll have a refund of $11.95. I paid $1727 for for 10 sessions I did 3 out of it and gifted 1 to my partner which is 4 in total. And for something that wasn’t my fault was just unacceptable. Don’t use my surgery as an excuse. You saw the burn in person and completely ignored it. Stop saying things that are not relevant. I’m talking about my laser burn not my surgery mark

Wow, what an amazing experience to do the massage at Fresh Touch Med Spa. I enjoyed every moment and the person who did the massage was jolly and very courteous. I will definitely come back again .
