I got my nails done by Palak Jain and they were so pretty and long lasting. I got them done twice and my real nails were also healthy they were not damaged at all.

I got appointment for 7pm with Jasmine and accordingly I have arranged my schedule. And when I reached the place she was busy and 7 :15 I got to know she is busy because her old client came. So they didn't even bother to inform me . Because of this appointment I have dined overtime work. So I will never book with Jasmine Gionet. She was happily meeting other client but she didn't even bother to say sorry and she was talking to other client and they said she was busy. I will never booked with Jasmine Gionet. Luckily Brenda came she help me to cut my hair. Other employees are so rude they even don't care about my appointment and they don't care about my time . So except Brenda and palak all employees are was enjoying their evening time and no one care about my appointment . So I would never go again

Got 2 daith piercings done by Madison. As someone who is terrified of needles, she made the experience as comfortable as possible. Very thorough about what to expect, explained aftercare, did not coerce me and really expressed that consent matters and we could stop at any moment, and overall was super friendly!

I was really bad experience with Jashmine. she don't care about client . she gave appointment at when I reached there i got to know she is busy with her old client. then why there giving appointment and if it's not work then they have to send message In advance or atleadt on time. when other employee Help me to cut my hair that time I saw she was talking with other client and she didn't even care to say sorry. they said book some other day. I wil definitely definitely recommend my all nearest and dearest friend in morden and winkler don't go to Frindge .if you want then only book with Brenda. Brend and palak only cares about my appointment rest all employees are enjoying and passing the time. worst place to go

Went in to get my daith and forward helix done. It all went so smoothly and everything was explained clearly during the procedure. Highly recommend this place for anyone who’s wanting to get piercings done. They did an amazing job.

I booked an appointment well in advance, and I do not live in morden and I come home from the city a lot . I make a point to come here to get all my hair needs met, I’m usually very happy with the service and what I receive. Today was not the case, I booked an appointment for 3pm because I knew I was not going to make it in time for 2. I called at 2:30pm to see if I could come in earlier because I arrived in morden early. To be told my appointment was at 2 and they can’t rebook me. I know my original appointment was booked for 3 and not for 2 because I had another appointment at 2. I am so livid, I booked so I could have my hair done for a gala I was going to and now I can’t find an appointment an anywhere else. Safe to say I won’t be going back any time soon.
I usually get a text message with a Confirmation right after my phone calls or booking and did not receive that either or I usually receive a message either the day off or the day before. This could have been avoided.
