I had such an amazing time at Fume Lounge in Mississauga! The service was absolutely top-notch — especially thanks to Serena, who made everyone feel so welcome and created such an inviting atmosphere. Her energy and customer service were on another level, making sure everyone had everything they needed and was having a great time. definitely my new go-to spot. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a good time!

UPDATED REVIEW TO RESPOND TO MANAGER’S TIMELINES but false narratives:

For starters, it’s one thing to be wrong and “apologize” but to justify the wrong in the same breathe is insanity.

1)DO NOT LIE AS WE DID NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR NAMES CLAIMING WE WERE ON NO GUEST LIST. We were never aware of any events being hosted that night. One friend had a whole gym fit on and a Sherpa over it. I had sweatpants on and a tshirt bodysuit on. Name the event provide us proof we were on your so called “guest list” . As such, your “door fee” isn’t a factor in our situation nor would it qualify to be “waived”. If there was truly event, when I CALLED prior to showing up, that person should’ve stated there’s an event and charge at the door as the onus was the restaurant to provide that information.

2) My friends and I were NEVER seated by your “host” at NO designated table. We sat ourselves.

3)if YOU want to call your server’s failure to double-check the order she punched in with her table BEFORE submitting the order a miscommunication, let’s do so. However, WE THE GUESTS, pointed out the separation to the server and THAT’S when the two shishas were taken up and adjusted. In fact, it wasn’t even the server who brought the shishas out nor where we informed when the shishas were placed on the table that they’re separate. AGAIN THE ONUS IS ON YOUR STAFF TO STATE WHAT THEY’RE PROVIDING. How could we have known the flavors were seperated? Obviously we would have to smoke the shishas to come to the conclusion. Your server never did a quality check to know of any errors. 1st time she arrived was when we calmed her to dispute the fact the bill is wrong and so are the shisha’s because it should’ve been mixed. 2nd time she came back to tell us she can’t issue us a refund so she offered to comp drinks and we opted for shots instead (8.85 each not $9)

4) So if these shots are COMPLIMENTARY, why are you (in your response review) also adding this to our incorrect billing of $142.77? Please make it make sense as complimentary means ON THE HOUSE (your words) whch in other terms means the restaurant will claim that loss.

5) “I understand you were billed $47.59 each (total $142.77) and that an 18% gratuity appeared on your bill automatically. Our policy applies gratuity only to parties of five or more, so we're auditing our system to correct this.” YOUR WORDS. The receipt stated “Table 08 5 guests” when we were a table of 3. Your menu states ” Auto-Gratuity on party size of six or more.
Taxes extra” yet you say 5 or more? Proving the unethical billing and policies which I did state in my original review.

6) “Your on-site manager didn't refuse to speak with you —he simply lacked the passcode to process a refund on the spot, but we stand ready to refund any overcharge” YOUR WORDS. Does your cameras show your manager touching the table to say any of that or was the server the only mouth piece even though we requested the manager several times? If any of this was the case, why did the manager not come and speak to us (the dissatisfied customers which your response admits multiple times that he was aware we were)?

7) “we stand ready to refund any overcharge.
Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of your receipt and your preferred contact details. We'll review everything thoroughly and issue any necessary refund immediately.” YOUR WORDS. Upon checking the cameras, you would’ve noticed we never took the printed bill and you should stand ready to process a refund of $52.39 because you admitted to everything my friends and I literally posted our review about. Anyone of us can come in person to collect the overcharge.

8) You’ve yet to state that the so called “event” got cancelled. Better yet, name the event and provide proof that it in fact was held. We left at 12:03 AM and witnessed no event. One of your security guard’s who tried to hit on her and invite her out to come back next Saturday blatantly stated the event for Sunday got cancelled. (Sunday -April 20,2025)

Had a great time at fume bar & lounge recently, the food was very tasty & the customer service was amazing as well! All thanks to the server Serena! She was very attentive and also made sure we were good all the time! 10/10 honestly! Really recommend this place!

Unethical Billing Practice – Please Double Check Your Bills!

We were a group of FIVE who recently dined at this restaurant. After paying the bill, we noticed that a gratuity charge had been added automatically. However, their own menu clearly states that gratuity is applicable only for groups of SIX or more.

When we brought this to the attention of the staff member at the billing counter, named Chinu, his response was dismissive. He simply said, “This is how it is,” and claimed no one had ever raised a concern before. This is not only misleading but also completely unethical.

Charging customers in contradiction to the stated policy is unacceptable and could easily warrant legal action.

I’m sharing this experience to alert future guests—always double-check your bills before making any payment.

Went with my partner. I was quite impress with the food. We order flat bread but was out of it and wings so we got onion rings. Best rings I ever had. The service was ok. Sadly there was only two waitresses so it was slow. My one problem was one couple started to have drunk play at their table. Not one waitress saw which was making my partner uncomfortable. As one women was in top of another. Killing the vibe I had with my partner. Also the music was far too loud for a lounge.

My partner and I came to an understanding. You need to choose what kind of vibe you need. We wanted to talk. Couldn’t hear each other at alll why it killed the vibe.

5 Stars – A Whole Vibe!
Fume Lounge is the spot if you’re looking for a night out with amazing energy, top-tier service, and a whole vibe from start to finish. The atmosphere is so chic and inviting — dim lights, great music, and a crowd that knows how to enjoy themselves.

The shisha? Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly prepped every time. They have a great variety of flavors and the staff is always quick to switch coals without you even asking.

Now let’s talk bottle service — 10/10. The presentation is always on point and the servers are super attentive, friendly, and just add to the overall experience. You really feel taken care of from the moment you walk in.

If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, great hookah, and elite bottle service — Fume Lounge is that place. Definitely a go-to for me and my friends!

Great time at Fume lounge last weekend! Enjoyed a fruit shisha and some food (mac and cheese balls, shrimp and poutine) with my sisters and wife- highly recommend! Loved when the lights came on and added to the energy in the room. Thank you to Amrita for helping us make our orders!
