We held a large staff event here and reserved the entire venue for the afternoon (had over 200 people). Bowling was a lot of fun, as was laser tag and billiards! Great place to take large groups. Catered lunch was delicious! It was a pasta and taco bar. I can’t speak to pricing, but this was overall a very fun place to spend the afternoon.
Lots of free parking, and easy to access as it is directly off of Gateway

We had a fantastic time at Gateway Entertainment! It was our first time there, and we were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the place is for all ages. It's great to see so many families, friends, and even kids enjoying a fun time together. The atmosphere is lively, although I ask for a drink and never got any. We definitely had a blast, and it’s clear that Gateway is a great spot for a casual outing or a fun family day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The service was average. The Ceasar was made so spicy I could barely drink it :(. Seemed way overpriced to go bowl two games. Paid 80 bucks for 3 people to bowl two games. But we still made the best of it and had fun 🙂 music was good and the glow bowl was fun. Definitely a busy spot on a Friday night!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I was having a good time with my family and friends on Sunday night February 9 with decent finger food, cocktails, bowling and pool. It was exciting and such a fun time was until I ordered from the bar while we were bowling. The bartender, who REFUSED to share her name with me but has SHORT RED HAIR WITH BANGS and was wearing a BROWN CARDIGAN AND VEST, gave me so much attitude all because I asked her for a frozen mug instead of a “chilled” one she gave for my pint. I have previously been given a frozen one in the inside bar so I had asked if I could have one of those again. She kept saying “if you want a frozen one then go back to the other bar” What kind of service is that? Why is it suddenly MY responsibility to look for some sense of service in a place where I am PAYING for the service? After I told her that I no longer want the pint she was giving me because of her attitude and her refusal of giving me service she kept on insisting that she already poured it and thus I would have to take it or it will be wasted. I then overheard her say that I was a waste of HER time to one of her coworkers. The only reason I am content with leaving the 1 star is because of the other bartender in the inside bar who apologized about what happened. It is unbelievable how disgusting that red hair girl interaction was with me. For someone who works in hospitality you sure have a nasty attitude and I do hope you get fired or written up. You do not deserve to be paid as much as the other workers who were so nice to us. Ruined the rest of what would have been an amazing night.

Went bowling here on Feb 14th. Had an amazing time our lane was a bit slow and had a few issues but the manager Lindsay came over to apologize and offered to move us to a different lane. The lane we got moved to had absolutely no problems. Lindsay also recommended a few drinks from the Valentine’s Day menu and they were 10/10. The staff was so nice and the glow in the dark bowling was so much fun. Absolutely perfect Friday night.

We visited Gateway Bowling Lanes on February 8, 2025, for a date night. The online booking system was easy to use, which was a great start. However, our experience quickly went downhill.

We were assigned to lane 11, and after about 10 minutes of bowling, the lane stopped working. We tried resetting it ourselves, but it didn’t help. My husband spoke with a staff member, who said they would fix it. Fifteen minutes later, he checked again and was told it would be "just two more minutes." After another 10 minutes of waiting with no update, we had to go back and ask again—only then did they decide to move us to a different lane. In total, we lost 25 minutes of our game time waiting for a solution.

To add to the frustration, I ordered a bottled beer, but when the waitress brought it, she gave me a can instead. When I mentioned that I had ordered a bottle, she brushed it off, saying, "It’s only one gulp extra," and walked away when I asked if the price was the same. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to Gateway Lanes since I was a kid, but after this experience, I think we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Disappointing service all around.

Family Fun for all ages. ONLY problem was one till to register and pay for bowling made long line and empty lanes sit bc next group couldn't get their lanes bc of having to wait to pay. You essentially stand in line twice. There's no excuse that needs to be fixed immediately.

I Loved everything else. Waitresses were friendly and everyone was having the time of their lives it seemed!

UPDATE: Thank you to the owner for responding. I would like to add the young woman with the hijab was SO professional and polite. It was AMAZING the way she kept her cool and worked under such high stress. She was most cordial and efficient given the conditions. She deserves a raise! The other women were standing around and I asked if they could ring me up for the bowling and why weren't they helping her. That's when they told me only her till could register and pay. I will follow through with email to [email protected].

Great place to go bowling! Went for a birthday, the employees were friendly, the food was good, the atmosphere was fun. The fried pickles were tasty, the chicken nuggets were my favourite and the pizza was also pretty good! The rates for bowling were good as-well. No complaints, definitely worth coming back to bowl with friends!
