Nous avons passé quelque jours dans la ville et adoré ce café (3visites). Tout est bon ! La nourriture comme les boissons froides ou chaudes. Et les filles sont très sympas.

I went here for lunch. This is a cute little cafe in Nanton. The decor and atmosphere are country style and casual. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick.

I had the sausage roll. The flavour was great.
It was a little dry, but I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

One thing that bothered me were the flies, which seemed to be everywhere. There were bins of dirty dishes in bussing bins at the door which probably didn't help.

Having said this, I appreciate this is a locally owned small business and it was obvious that they cared about their customers.

1st review of the new location? Same excellent food & coffee. Same big smile behind the counter. HUGE improvement in the cozy atmosphere of the sitting area. Clean large bathrooms, Georgie's was already my favorite stop in Nanton, and now that I know that "the locals" can sneak in a bit before 7am... I will be back 🙂

Excellent food, lattes and super friendly staff! The new location is very spacious with tons of seating options. Love that Brisket Case is there to pick up dinner items there as well.
Only complaint is that guest wifi isn’t set up at the new location yet.

I had heard amazing things about the pies at Georgie’s Cafe, and they did not disappoint. I tried the steak and jalapeño pie, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was excellent, and the staff were fantastic—10/10! The atmosphere in the shop was warm and inviting, making for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

If you are going through Nanton you have to stop here for a coffee,it’s beautiful the staff is very friendly and happy and smiling all the time. The coffee and the loaded breakfast sandwich was amazing only reason for 4 stars was it was a little expensive but what isn’t these days… 18 for a special mocha and a loaded sandwich. But worth it !

My husband and I stopped into this charming little cafe while visiting Nanton for the day. After doing some research about their GF options, my husband (with a gluten allergy) settled on a grilled cheese sandwich while I indulged in the chicken/cranberry/brie meat pie. My pie was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR, so much so I considered buying a bunch to take home but my husband reminded me we’re trying to find the bottom of our freezer - lol! Anyway, for anyone visiting Georgie’s, do yourself a favour and try one of these flaky, flavourful pies!!
Unfortunately, my husband didn’t have the same luck with his GF grilled cheese…It was lacklustre and came on *very* small/thin sandwich bread, and would have been good as a snack but not substantial enough for a lunch. Sadly, he left pretty hungry.
I heard several people ordering Americanos so they must serve a decent cuppa!
The decor was shabby chic (which I 💜!) and the cafe is connected to a boutique filled with some local and/or hard-to-find gift-type items.
Last but not least…the staff was friendly and knowledgeable!
