What I asked for and what I got. This was the worst experience I have ever had. It took 2 hours for a fill and 30 minutes to draw a basic flower which they couldn't do and I told them to wipe it off and just get me out before I got a parking ticket. A young girl did my nails and she took so long shaping that she shaved so much off and they are paper thin. When she was done they were all uneven, I can't even describe how bad. The (owner?) Fixed them so they are OK. Then the polish starts and dust got all In the polish so they are uneven and bubbly. I asked for a flower like the photo. It looked like a 70s hippie flower. It took her 30 minutes until I said I need someone else to try please I need to go. She said they're busy. One of the younger girls tried and she couldn't do a flower either kept erasing it until I said this is enough. These are not lash techs. These are family members hired or friends maybe the daughter and her friends? There's no way Noone can apply polish, do a basic fill, or draw a flower. I'm shocked honestly. Also when I complained they spoke in a different language. Also, I asked for my nails thin. They completely bend lol.

Best nail place ever! Such a happy experience my go to lady is Kathy she’s so awesome! 1000000% recommend ❤️so happy with all the times I have gone I also got a beatiful almond shape with coral colour before! All the nails I have had lasted 3-5 weeks!

It was VERY easy to make an appointment same day (during a weekday) and the staff was very nice from start to finish. They easily replicated the image I showed them and took a lot of care in their work. I don't get my nails done often and I didn't feel embarrassed about asking questions or explaining what I wanted. A very clean, comfy and pretty environment. This will now be my go-to nail place in Ridge!!

They didn’t have the green I wanted but I got a nice shade of mood-change green to brown instead. Beautiful work and done quickly. Place has nice interiors too.

Cathy gave me a shellac on my nails today as a walk in and they turned out so beautiful!! She shaped my natural nails perfectly and did them just how I wanted, and they turned out perfect. She was so sweet and ended it with a hand and arm massage. I will be sure to return!

I've been getting my nails done for over a decade (full set and fills, pedicures). GND is BY FAR the best Salon I've ever been to, hands down. The attention to detail and quality is impeccable EVERY SINGLE TIME. Cathy and her team are amazing!! So happy to have found them!

Best place I've been to in maple ridge! I've gotten acrylics done twice now by Kathy and both times were a great experience. She actually listens to you about what u want and you can tell she really cares and wants you to be 100% happy. If she notices the smallest imperfection she'll always take the time to fix it! Plus she is a sweat heart!!
