If you are looking for organic and whole foods pronto it's a good place. They have lots of herbs and teas as well as extracts and oils .
Prices are not unreasonable but do run higher than more large chain stores. Cheaper than the farms though.

Just visited Goodness Me Branford for the first time ever and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a store in my life! The ladies made me a custom smoothie to help boost my vitamins before the holidays. It’s delicious! Found some really cute Christmas gifts in the product sale department and to top it off they gave me a free muffin for being a first time customer! I highly recommend anybody coming here for a healthy lunch, snack, treat, groceries and Christmas shopping for sure! Amazing stocking stuffers here!

Not as clean as other locations.
Very small cold food section with a tiny salad bar, cold rotisserie chickens?.. 3 soups and a few wraps in boxes. Disappointing. Tiny vegetable Market and the usual health food groceries.

PROTIP: There is a Value Village on the other side of the building.

Nice little store. Produce isn't always fresh. Unfortunately eating healthy organic is expensive. Staff constantly changing and not always friendly or helpful.
