An amazing little coffee shop in Galt - some really splendid coffee's, with some additional food menu items. There's seating both inside and outside, and you can take coffee to go. Freshly baked items, as well as some sit down menu items (like bagels).

Grand Cafe is a super cute little spot downtown right by the water. You can sit inside or out, or walk just a few steps away to the main street bridge or walk down to the water. Prices for food is commonly 3-4$ for muffins, cookies, etc. You can get a coffe, tea, or hot chocolate for a similar price.The staff is so lovely! Shocked l've never come here before, but will definitely be back. I go here for the service and spot, food sometimes isn’t the freshest or best I’ve ever had, but no complaints!

The butter tarts at Grand Cafe are simply perfect!

The crust is flaky and flavourful.

The filling is the right level of sweet, buttery, and caramely! As you can see by the drops on my sleeve, they are the perfect amount of runny, with the added bonus of being chewy because they are overflowing!

Go early though, because they never seem to have more than 2, and that's at 9:30 am!

Nice Cafe, beautiful location and the prices not so bad. I couldn't gage the atmosphere because, I guess they were getting ready to close the store when I got there ( 3: 45pm ) because someone was sweeping and I wasn't asked if it's take out, patio or sit in. Bought Chai tea Latte and Pineapple Scone. Chai Latte was not the best I ever had but I enjoyed the scone. I will go back for it, maybe a bit early this time, so I experienced what I read on reviews before going.

Great place for coffee in Galt. The baked goods are really good and made in store. This shop is often used in movies like The Handmaid's Tale. We really like this shop. In the summer we will often have mocha ice coffee.

I was in the area for a client & popped in to see their menu, both ladies working on Nov 11 between 1-2pm were so friendly and nice and easygoing. I asked if their matcha came sweetened and she politely said they have unsweetened and sweetened options which was great! I got a small to try and I wish I got a bigger size it was so yummy. 11/10 hidden gem in Cambridge. Thanks ladies💚💛
