Bought my first Toyota, a 2023 Hybrid Highlander, two years ago this month from Grand Toyota. I'm over seventy years old and have bought my share of vehicles in my day. I've also dealt with many different dealerships over the years. From the very beginning of my first visit to Grand Toyota, I knew they were different. The friendliness of the staff was overwhelming. Lisa took care of my purchase and never once did I feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. She was very helpful and I trusted her like a good friend. She took the time upon delivery to make sure my wife and I knew everything about the new vehicle and even took us around the dealership and introduced us to the staff in each department. But the friendliness didn't end there once they had my money. Every time I've entered the building since, I get a friendly greeting from all the staff. From Susan in the office to Lisa and all the sales staff, and as well from the staff in the parts and maintenance departments. Bill Foley, the Service Manager even gave me his personal car one time while mine was being serviced because they did not have a loaner car available, even though they had a shuttle service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. And by the way, I love my Toyota .... best car ever.

The first time I bought a vehicle here, I was so impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and care shown by Cody and Brittany that I refused to go anywhere else when it came time for another purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership where the team consistently goes the extra mile, but Grand Toyota delivers on every front.

Of course, I did try to sweet-talk them into throwing in a set of winter tires, but alas, some things are just beyond their control!

Ran into an issue with our RAV4 while travelling through Newfoundland. Stopped at this dealership. They were more than happy to help, including getting our travel trailer hooked back up to the car. They were very professional and we left there very happy and confident that the problem was addressed. If we lived in the area we would definitely use this dealership for all our service needs.

Bought a 2022 highlander almost 3 months ago. AC is not working, wheel bearings are gone, something wrong with the brake/s. We’re supposed to get a check for a service that they cancelled, kept telling us they sent it in the mail but never did. If we didn’t drive there for 4 hours for a service repair we wouldn’t have gotten it. Need less to say, I’m very very disappointed. Never again. Hope people would actually give you your hard-earned-money’s worth but I guess that’s too much. We should be enjoying the car for at least few months but instead we got to go back and forth to the garage to get it fixed. I love Toyotas but we got a lemon. People just want the money, don’t care about the rest.

Poor service. Bought a Toyota Tacoma July 2023. We drove out from St. John’s to pick up our new truck. Cody ( salesperson) did not take the time to go over our new vehicle with us. Basically threw us the keys and sent us on our way. ….we did not receive our registration…called and left messages over and over Finally got our Registration 8months after the purchase. Very disappointed
