This is a hard one. The doughnut I had was good, but the service was lacking, especially with us being the only people in the store. The drinks are definitely lacking. The peach iced tea is more like dirty sink water with so much ice and tang powder that you are drinking the juice crystals. The real taro milk tea was okay, but the boba were weird. Nothing here was fabulous or over the top. Not to mention, the staff member was reusing disposable gloves. I will not be returning.

Came in on lunch, was working down the street. It slapped hard AF. Got the pork vietnamese sandwich and it was one of the best sanwichws i ever had in my life. Big fresh bread the right amount of spice vs sweetness on the meat. The baked goods looked good too but i only got the sandwich

Yes the donuts here are really good (specially the glazed donuts) and have been frequenting the place for a few years now but I noticed the price just kept rising and it is now harder foe me to recommend them to friends.

In contrast to their overpriced donuts, the Bahn mi and Pho are priced fairly for what you get. Nothing fancy but delicious and rustic. Definitely worth it.

- staff were so lovely, friendly, and helpful
- really well kept inside, good atmosphere
- a pair of customers inside asked if it was our first time and we stayed talking with them the whole time we were inside,.. they ranted and raved about this place and the menu too since they were daily customers
- there are so few places that serve vietnamese iced coffee so i will definitely be coming back!!!
- donuts were divine
- soup was amazing, sandwich was amazing; how could i complain

Inside an old Robins Donuts. I was pleasantly surprised at their offerings. Pretty good Vietnamese food.

I'm not a donut person, but I know people who really like them. The jelly filled chocolate and apple fritter was ok. I would've preferred a little more crisp to my fritter. Know that I came at end of day so I can't be that picky.

Coffee, pricing and portion sizes are good but ambiance could be much improved. Service was poor though. It was very slow although there were only 2 tables with 5 people. And the table with 3 had already been served. Our 2 coffee's came in about 30 mins. Overall a good experience. Lots of room for improvement though.

Love the donuts !!!! I pass by once in awhile and always stop for a couple donuts. They are more expensive than the local Tim’s but way bigger and better and fresh. The chocolate whipped cream is super as is the vanilla glazed. I haven’t had any other product at this store so my rating is purely for the donuts and take out service. Amazing donuts !!!

Donuts are the robins donuts recipes so they're pretty good, but pricey. Had a bagel that was not the one I'd ordered, and was literally drenched in butter. Coffee tasted like hot dog water. Service has often been rude. Bubble tea was meh. Fine if you're just grabbing donuts tho
