Exceptional! Amazing combination of flavors and textures in the Chef’s medley. Even a tableside visit from the chef - a remarkable meal! Dana, our server, was a joy!

Super lovely tapas place. We have frequented many a tapas bar in our time and this held up against the best. Super tasty food, cheese and wine boards are on point and the cocktails are brill (the extra dirty martini was 👌). The setting was also lovely and our server Kylie was the cherry on top - very friendly and made our visit extra special! Highly recommend!

Had high hopes, but overall disappointing experience. We ordered the 8 meat/8 cheese thinking it would be good for 4 people. It was extremely small and we watched another couple order a smaller plate and get more food. The waitress didn't even know what she was bringing to the table and had to read from a paper what each item was. We left to go get more food at another restaurant.

Cute little quaint restaurant with beautiful Mountain Views! We planned on just grabbing a drink but their dinner course got us hooked and we stayed for dinner. It was very delicious! We loved the vibe of the place. There are not that many tables so it feels almost like you are the only ones there. Such a cute experience walking through the castle as well to find it!

Definitely not memorable. Excellent server but way over her head in resources to provide service. Young lady needs experienced help. Could be a great experience but not there right now.

Absolutely fabulous charcuterie restaurant in the Banff Springs. It's a cute, cozy spot full of history, with wonderful service and advice from Dana and brilliant food from the chef. Cocktails, wines, meats, cheeses, delicious pickled vegetables, breads, amazing chocolate truffles, and much more... this is my favorite restaurant at the Banff Springs and I'm SO glad it's back open again! Go and enjoy!

What a wonderful first experience back at the Castle! The service from Dana and food from Chef Richard were exceptional! Thank you so much for creating the most memorable experience with my daughter.
