It was a busy office. A bit of a wait but reasonable. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. My procedure was painless and sterile technique was maintained. I would have rated higher however at the end of the visit my concern was not addressed well. I left feeling that the young lady was upset and still have not received the follow up care of the eyes via email. ( thankfully I am a nurse) My follow up was not booked before I left even though I asked.

I would encourage better hand washing. Being a RN myself I did question the staff who removed her gloves while sitting next to me and did not proceed to wash her hands or use hand rub. ( latex smells on your hands when you take off gloves and do not clean) Although it was to apply steri strips to the incisions. She applied the first with her bare uncleased hand. When asked she got upset her whole demeanor changed and she denied what I had just witnessed. Patients concerns should be addressed in a open manner not with defensiveness and feeling dismissed. Maybe Dr. Fadi C. Can review hand hygiene and the importance of cleaning them after glove removal or when touching a fresh incision without gloves.

Dr Calotti performed an eye lid lesion surgery on me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He did such a fantastic job I am not able to tell where the removal took place. He was very patient and kind during the procedure. Would recommend him and his staff at Great Lakes - Jeff

I had eyelids drooping over my field of vision and pushing lashes into my eyes I read reviews and decided to go with Dr. Calotti.
The professionalism is apparent from the first phone call. Information and payment is made easy. The staff was all helpful and personalable. Dr. Calotti seemed to know immediately what would work for me and eroded. any fears I had.
I am only a week after surgery and absolutely love the results. Will post pics later.

I had a very pleasant and soothing experience of getting my 1st chemical peel done from Great Lakes Centre. I really liked my pre treatment assessment which was actually conducted on a phone call with their treatment coordinator, during the call all the accurate instructions and precautions were delivered to me that actually made this process very simpler and easier. The chemical peel was performed by Rachel which was a painless and beautiful experience, thus resulting in a rosy shiny glow after the treatment. I am glad that i made the right choice and thanks to Rachel for being so concerned and caring towards her clients.
