I had a great experience with Dr. Calotti and the team at Great Lakes Eye Centre. Dr. Calotti is an excellent surgeon—skilled, knowledgeable, and truly caring. The staff is also amazing—friendly, professional, and supportive every step of the way.

It can be difficult to get appointments, and wait times at the clinic can be a bit long, but the outstanding care more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for expert eye care, you’re in great hands with Dr. Calotti and his team.

I am positively thrilled with my cataract surgery with Dr Calotti and his entire staff. I invested in my future health by choosing custom enhanced intermediate & astigmatism correction, and delighted that I need no vision correction now except for reading glasses. I was not eligible for the complete multi focal correction because of prior optic nerve damage. I wish that these optimum solutions were covered by OHIP, so that everyone could enjoy their best possible vision. The staff is helpful, cheerful, educated and skilled. Every step in the process was explained clearly, and the follow up home treatment plan easy to follow with printed directions. After surgery appointments were on time and testing confirmed my experience, confident vision comfort! Wootwoot! It’s like a miracle!

Very horrible experience yesterday at the Hospitl where I was getting LPI the doctor was rude and had another man inside learning how to be rough on patients training, and one other lady who after when I got laser 4-5 zaps in my eye ,then said this f hurts the freezing isn’t working the lady put her hand on the back of my head and held my head while they did 4-5 more blasts from a red laser in my eye! They are very rough , oh yeah the nurse is like oh maybe we can get out early cause it’s Friday so I think the doctor was doing cosmetic eye surgeries all day he was probly tired and by the time my appointment comes the freezing wasn’t put in my eye long enough to give enough time and freeze’! Horrible experience throughout the last year!! Maybe try caring about your patients with empathy tgat these our , our eyes your farting around with ….
