-I always love Greco, and this location is relatively quick. The staff are friendly, and the food is great.

-I usually get take out here as I never really dine in to eat pizza. If you chose to here, it would be manageable, as there are a couple tables. But, it's next to an entrance to the mall so the atmosphere is not preferable.

-However, the location is very convenient for Take Out options so I left 3 ⭐'s for the atmosphere.

We love in Kingston area but ALWAYS go to new Minas for this exact reason... We order 30 minutes before close a med donair and small pizza well the pizza was horrible crust was burnt and nobody would ate it as it was absolutely horrible tasting so now out night to eat out was ruined! I would never let that leave my STORE .... BACK AGAIN thought I'd bring the boys pizza and they only like greco they were in berwick so instead of going to new Minas I went back to greenwood and these are the new pictures! Burnt but undercooked. Was told it was new crust so I said maybe turn down the oven so it cooks properly. Well I took that pizza and chucked it out right in front of the workers after I paid for it. I refuse now to go back there as they rather have the blame game instead of apologizing and trying to make it better. It's sad we rather spend the gas to go to new Minas greco then the one right by us.

Edit August 15 Tuesday. I ordered a pizza but it went to the wrong store and the amazing kind worker decented even though it's closing time that she would make the pizza quickly for me and I couldn't be more thankful and give a good tip! She was wonderful and honestly was the best experience I have had. I appreciate it!

Absolutely will never eat here again. Cashier was a noodle and rude as hell...he needed a wake-up call. Waited way too long for an undercooked oven sub and overcooked slice of pizza. The best part of my meal was the can of Mountain Dew! Wish there was a negative 5 star option. Close this place down and put an Arby's there instead.

We often order take out from Greenwood Greco , past Saturday we did late afternoon and it is normally out go to ...never again !!!!! I spent 40 bucks on a half garlic fingers half all meat party pizza and it was the grossest thing ever we were served . It was alike they took someone's order messed it up 48 hrs ago then gave it is !!!!! Then I had two workers hover over me as I was paying ...with my debit . Never ever again , and that's sad because my fam loved their pizza !!! The only reason one star is even given , I had no choice if my review wanted to be public

These people were rock stars the evening I was there. It was an hr wait time, but I'm not complaining. They had a ridiculous amount of orders and were fast and efficient. Some people complained but the staff were professional in handling them. If customers stepped to the side and seen how hard these people are working, maybe they wouldn't be so quick to complain. Fantastic team effort.

Was told it it would be a 45 minute wait for 2 donairs AFTER payment was made. That information should be given before hand. We ordered 2 Supreme donairs, when we got home we found both donairs where regular, so they stole $4 from us. After waiting 20 minutes we decided on going somewhere else and asked for a refund, they went into the back and brought out 2 donairs right away. Could of had us out of there in under 10 minutes but fully intended on making us wait 44 minutes. Never going back.

I wrote this 4.5 years ago: The manager depends way too much on teenagers to work 50+ hours to run her business.. haven't seen any of the employees other than her whine as much

Edit: I've been to this establishment 10 times in the past 2 years, and the place has improved slightly, the manager Robyn, is still the same, unfortunately, but the staff seem to know what they are doing.
Recommend if you are going for a quick bite, *they still do not deliver.*

Wow this place went downhill fast. Last few times we ordered from this place it was decent, heck it was actually pretty good. Now? Not even passable as garbage pizza. Undercooked and overpriced. I've had better pizzas from a 7/11 at 2am. Will not be going again.
