There is one building for food and one for pastries and dessert.
The pastries were really good and are best eaten the same day you buy them. You can sample the ice cream but they weren't anything extraordinary.
The "pita" is a good size for people who don't eat as much whereas the "dinners" are pretty big!
There aren't many toppings which could be good for picky eating. You can request without certain sauce or toppings, too.
Tables are outside to eat unless you nab a table inside the bakery area.

This place is a true 5 star for food, service and atmosphere. I came here for a mommy and baby date and was greeted in both the gyro takeout restaurant and cafe by the most friendly staff. Unfortunately they do not have a handicap button but a staff member was happy to assist with opening the door for my stroller. The patio was nice and cozy with cute ceiling string lights. There were so many delightful pastries, gelato and desserts to choose from, I will definitely be coming back multiple times to try them all. The chicken gyro was a bit small for $11 (taxes included) but the meat was delicious, juicy and not over sauced with tzatziki. Lots of parking, so happy I found this gem! Loved their pistachio tres leches

If you are looking for the BEST experience of Greek food and hospitality with the best value you can find, please don't skip this place. Greek Market Cafe has so many Greek products, pastries, sweets, koulouria, and so much more. Exceptional customer service, with big smiles and the owner Panayiota making sure your experience is even better. They were so busy and the line was going fast. Also, I should mention they have a gyro and BBQ spot right beside the coffee shop. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff, next to their take out dinner, easy to get your meal and some yummy desserts to go. Nice patio and seating area on the marker side. Chicken a little dry but the gyros are delicious

best greek cafe in the gta!
amazing quality meat in the hot foods. chicken was juicy and flavourful
great chicken pita, and the spicy feta was a nice touch
nice fluffy pita bread, might be baked in store
the pork pita was so juicy and tender. great fresh toppings inside
the half chicken was enough to share between three people
the half chicken had a unique sauce on it, almost tasted like mustard and garlic- anyways it was really good. and good to dip the pita into haha
the dill salad was something we’ve never tried, and it was very nice but could use more vegetables and fresher lettuce
the sweets were out of this world!
the cream and flakey layered cake was so delicious
and the honey soaked donuts were so unique and crunchy and juicy when you bit them. could really taste the high quality honey/sugar soak in it. has the option for sauces on it- which i will try nutella next time
the baklava was also so delicious
the greek coffee was strong just how it’s supposed to be
regular coffee and espresso are reliable and no notes on those
the service was great as well, kind people working in the bakery and the hot foods area. everyone was helpful with offering plates for us and cutlery
overall just a homey type feeling in this place. we felt welcomed and will for sure come back for mother’s day

We came here on a Sunday and it was packed with customers, ordering food and pastries for dine in or takeout. They have a covered patio for colder weather and a cute patio that we’re impatiently awaiting its reopening.

They offer great variety of Greek food, pastries, desserts and other products. So many delicious options that you don’t even know which ones to choose lol.

We ordered “Turkey Koulouri Sandwich”, “Filled Cannoli”, “Profiterole Cup”, “Trigona”, “Baklava Cheesecake”, “Loukoumades”, “Pistachio Filled Croissant”, “Mini Baklava”, “Traditional Baklava”, “Kataifi Bar”, “Greek Coffee”, “Cold and Latte” and 2 Scoops ice cream in a cup “Rocky Road” and “Raspberry Ginger Lime”. Everything we’ve tried so far has been fresh and tasty.

The staff are amazing; friendly and accommodating. And there’s ample parking spaces available.

Love this place. Great selection of greek desserts. Highly recommend the Pistacchio cake.
