Wanted some vegan cheese choices for a cheese board googled this store and had a wonderful experience. Was greeted right away shown different options and purchased several cheeses as well as crackers. My vegan dinner guests were delighted with the choices and very pleased I had gone to the extra trouble to make sure they felt catered to. Will definitely visit the store again

I have been moving in the vegan direction for years, eliminating one thing at a time. I knew that animal-based cheese would be one of the last things to go. Who doesn’t love cheese?! I have been trying different vegan cheeses, from various shops and from the internet. Most of what I have found is highly processed, unfermented, with ingredients that don’t exist in my cupboard. When you spend years eating healthy food, you really notice when the quality is low, and when you’re eating what Michael Pollan calls “edible food-like substances”.
And then at Whole Foods, I found Green Goddess vegan cheeses! OMG!! This is real food! With every bite, you know you’re putting something good into your body. It is truly aged like a cheese, and the tang you taste is from natural fermentation. The taste is complex and full and I find it so satisfying. And it’s made in Ontario. I finally feel like I can move toward plant-based cheeses. My favorites are the Irish Cheddar and Marble Cheddar.
Thank you to the makers for not cutting corners, for not cheating the customer. There are many of us hungry for more!

Made the stop here while visiting Guelph today. Fantastic service, selection and prices. The taste of the 'cheese' is always bang on. Been vegan for 5 years and this is definitely our fav.

Will be telling others and will also stop in again next time we're in Guelph!

The delicious cheese spread at our vegan wedding was such a treat to offer our guests. We recently picked up a chocolate and vanilla cheese cake (made with love) and it was divine. It made our anniversary extra special--thanks Green Goddess Fromagerie!

How lucky are we to have such a unique shop in Guelph. We visited yesterday for the first time to buy a gift and the owner was so lovely and helpful. The product selection is vast and the price is very fair. As a kind gesture, the owner gave us a complimentary slice of vegan cheesecake. It was amazing! So rich and a special treat that tastes so much better than the packaged ones. We will definitely be returning and if you haven’t been, give them a visit— you won’t regret it even if you are not vegan.

I dropped in with my dad (who happens to be a dairy farmer) after Green Goddess came highly recommended.
We were greeted so pleasantly. The store was clean. And the samples were so generous, and delicious! Even my dad said he enjoyed them! It’s hard to find delicious, clean dairy alternatives for a plant based diet, and Green Goddess did not disappoint!!

We drove from Milton to Guelph to check out the store after the local delivery service that brought Green Goddess Fromagerie straight to our door, stopped servicing this area. We were blown away! The store is boutique-y, there is so much selection (not only the most delicious plant-based cheese-- also try the cheesecake, the onion dip, and the spinach dip!), and the owner and her daughter were so lovely that we stayed and chatted for a while after our purchase. We will definitely be back soon for another big order (easier than driving back to Guelph every week, the cheese stays good in the fridge unopened for 6 months!), and in the meantime, we will sing your praises to anyone who will listen! So grateful for this place!

My favourite! This is the best vegan cheese I have ever tried and it's made with clean ingredients. The store always carries delicious surprised. I happily drive 40 minutes to stock up on goodies from here.
