Very much overpriced and under-delivered.

Got a pork burrito combo (very expensive) and a beef taco (cheap), both to share with my wife, and we were both sorely disappointed. I'm not sure if this was just a one-off or a measure of their usual quality, but today was our first time there and it was the worst Mexican-style food we've ever had. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was gross, but it absolutely was far from good.

My wife and I were very hungry going in, which led us to eat the taco, half the burrito (we trashed the other half), and all of the tater tots (which, though they seemed wholly plain and unseasoned, was the best part of the whole meal). The beef in the taco tasted like plain, burnt, unseasoned hamburger meat (not even a hint of taco flavor or sauce of any kind), which was only made worse by the lack of vegetables (at least tomatoes, cucumbers, or something, please?). The pork in the burrito was appropriately saucy, but the sauce was just not good or enjoyable at all... it was a little bitter (a little sweetness might round it out) and had very little meaningful flavor, which was also exacerbated by the lack of veggies to broaden the flavor profile.

It was also cold and crowded in here on this wintery day, it took around 20 minutes to get our food, and the floors were incredibly sticky throughout most of the restaurant. I can only presume our experience was just a one-off (it was busy, so people ~must~ like it for some reason, right?) so we might try again some other time, but this visit definitely had zero redeeming qualities and the food was barely one step above awful. For now, I'm calling it as I see it and will update my review if I ever eat here again.

Stopped by for lunch with my son. He had tacos and I had a Guero salad. Fresh and tasty! Will definitely be back. Wish they had more drinks options, something a bit more rare and exotic than the usual Sprite and Coke. A selection of kombuchas maybe?

An amazing little shop to stop in! I wanted something non-traditional but still quick while driving through and got the Chicken Tinga burrito. Holy. Jeez. It was HUGE! I’m a big dude and it was the size of my hand and twice as thick, all for a great price.

Filling and delicious, it’s one of the better burritos I’ve had in some time. Forget about using your hands as well; there’s no chance. Knife and fork all the way, and savor every bite.

Whether you live here or are just passing though, make a stop. It’s fantastic.

We just happened upon this place and it didn't look like much from the outside but it was worth the stop. The fish tacos were good and had a little bit of a twist to them and what you normally get which was pleasant. The staff were friendly and it's a small place but seems to seat everyone that came in.

The food here is very expensive
The customer service was kinda alright. We said we hadn't been there before, and he was not at all helpful with the menu. They don't have tap water, only bottled water.
The food is served in tinfoil dishes.
There are NO veggies in the burritos? If you want a handful of lettuce, you have to get enchilada style for $2.
The portions were good for the price and the menu is marked with vegan.

Nice little taco place! Definitely the type of Mexican food you expect from southern Alberta, but still pretty tasty!

Waited 45 mins for food and was burnt. Didn’t taste like an enchilada.

Yummy little restaurant off the main stretch! It is small, only 3 tables, so might be better to order to go. They have fun attitudes here and the bright atmosphere is cheerful.

The food is NOT authentic mexican , but delicious nonetheless. Good presentation and very filling! Below is the chinchilla combo, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would come again!

Only suggestion would be to play some music in the background. Little too quiet. 😆
