I have never had a more dissappointing burrito. The chicken has peices of cartlidge in it, the vegetable quality was completely unsatisfactory for being there at 11:15am shortly after they opened.. the "fresh" jalapenos looked dry. And when it was put on the grill, I wonder if the grill was even turned on. It was cold when i took the first bite in the parkinglot, so I took it home and threw it in my airfryer. Complete waste of $.

I got a pulled pork burrito bowl. I never tried here but heard people with bad reviews. I wanted to try for myself. The bowl had surprising a lot of pulled pork. I never tried ginger carrots before but that added a good flavour to the bowl. They could have gone a bit lighter on the sauce though. The container was small so I thought it wouldn’t be filling but half way through I was full. There was good spice in the Mexican rice. Next time I will try going inside the restaurant. Cheaper than other burrito bowls in the area and you can dress it the way you want.

When this location first opened it seemed fine, but every time returning its only gotten worse. It's my own fault for going back, I guess.
Last purchase was two large bowls. Drove home and it was pretty much two bowls of rice and some veggie. that's not acceptable for the $$$ it costs to eat here.
It's unfortunate because Habaneros is usually great, but this location has let me down.

My boyfriend and I usually come to habaneros to get burritos because we like the taco beef there, but the past few months we’ve had a couple issues ordering from there. Our first issue was from uber they gave us the complete wrong meal and when we went back they told us there was nothing that they could do, even though we brought back the untouched meal with the receipt for the right order. We just had an issue today where we ordered off them through uber, and there was no sour cream option and also no place to put a note. So we thought we would call them to let them know we wanted sour cream. After calling eight times they did not answer once and even had the audacity to hang up a call and ignore us completely. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Absolutely horrible experience.

Been to lots of habaneros and never had a bad experience. Moved to lower sackville back in September and this was the closet habaneros to us currently. We went once and my partner and I both got burrito bowls and there was barley anything in it. They were extremely skimpy on the toppings.. usually I can’t ever finish a large burrito bowl but I was still very hungry after eating it. We decided to give it another chance tonight and the exact same thing. One spoonful and you can see the bottom of the container. I never like to complain but seeing as though any other habanero I’ve been too there has never been a problem. Very disappointing and for that reason we will not be back again. It’s very convenient to us as it’s only a 3 minute drive but we would rather drive to Dartmouth now.

I’ve always loved eating at other locations. I will NEVER be eating at the lower sackville location again. All the meat is cold, heated up in the microwave. They don’t even check to make sure it’s at proper temperature before continuing. The burrito was freezing cold, the rice was hard where it to us also heated up in the microwave. The cheese sauce that I pay extra for was watered down and transparent. Most definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention one of the lady’s there was rude. I asked for shredded cheese and she wouldn’t put it on until I said that I get the cheese sauce extra so the shredded cheese should not be charged.

If they are closed you should be able to order on line. My order was taken credit card charged (waiting to see if it gets reversed) Was having it delivered and then the delivery was suddenly cancelled. I can imagine the delivery driver was just as surprised too when they went to pick it up and the place was closed. If you’re closed, have your website shutdown so you can’t order online.

I was a little thrown off by the fact that everything was cold and had to be microwaved, but it was nice and hot and didn't taste any different then it already being hot like other locations, absolutely delicious! Everything tasted just as it should, the veggies were fresh and crunchy and delicious as well.
The staff is what was bland, and cold.. The only thing that was said to me the entire time I was there was "what can I get for you?" Not saying I need to hear your life story, but just be a little more personable and approachable for customers to enjoy their experience more.
