Loved the service. Farhad is an amazing stylist. Everyone is super friendly and they are awesome beings. I was lucky to get the exact colour I wanted as a gorgeous balayage. Highly recommended for cuts and colours. That's my hair in the photo.

this was easily the best salon experience I've ever had. I usually stay away from salons because they don't tend to want to cut/colour/style my hair as severe as I'd like it, but Karen, my stylist, listened to me and worked out a plan to achieve exactly what I was hoping for. she was energetic, interested, funny, and charming, and my hair looks so so good. she's great with curly hair and experimental/alternative cuts and colours. expensive but worth it!

Churchill Square location. Stylist Janice ruined long to short hair. Don't listen to client ask for, instead did what she wanted. Asked for blond gave red. Asked no layers gave anyway. Called out on it... spite cut off all my hair. Very expensive service charge. Tries to market to rich elete. Cost. Charge $300.00 cut color. + $20.00 "treatment" Expect $10.00 tip. Push to buy products Oribe. $300.00 Yes that's correct apparently it has gold flakes in it as per stylist words. +$60.00 salon shampoo conditioner. One appointment × this every 4 weeks.....
For sub standard stylist hair care. My advice RUN. from this place. Unless you want the "Rod Stewart" special cut every time. Save your money and stress try another salon.

I rather take my business to another salon I had more than enough stress & embarrassment there. The picture is recognizable at your salon, Janice with my long hair prior to her just destroying. So yes well justified here. Please see before and after pictures.

Worst experience ever. I came for vacation and emily did my hair, she ruined my color and hair. And for the damage they say we are not charging anything. Worst place to go.

Jeremy took my call to book an appt for a haircut. Jeremy was friendly to speak with and looked into questions I had.

I have naturally curly hair and though I'm a Newfoundlander, my hair texture is not common in Newfoundland and Labrador.
I decided to flat iron my hair before going to the salon for my hair cut as that is my own preference. I have been to curly hair specialist salons before and have gotten curly hair cuts but have been disappointed each time and I've liked haircuts from certain salons when I've straightened my hair so really it's just a preference. Hair Factory was fine with my preference as well.
I do not recommend Hair Factory salon for kinky, coily or tight curly hair types without calling them to ask questions first. I would recommend looking into a consultation. They do carry curly hair products, cut curly hair and do--do perms so, they do have some experience with some types of curly hair.

Denise was my hairstylist. Denise was friendly and made me feel comfortable. As soon as Denise started cutting my hair, it was instantly obvious that Denise was a well skilled hair professional. Denise did a fantastic job on cutting my hair and had an eye for detail. Denise took my preference into consideration. I was pleased with the end result.
Denise recommended some products to keep my hair in the condition I prefer.

I definitely recommend Hair Factory for a great quality hair cut.

Got to honestly say, one of the best haircuts I've gotten. Service was great, one of the workers called in sick, but instead of canceling my appointment, they managed to squeeze me in only an hour and a half earlier. Had a hair cut and beard trim done by Denise, and it was a very pleasant experience, very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. The price was a bit high, but that is the only issue I could possible have. Overall, fantastic place to get a cut if you don't mind paying a bit on the more expensive side.

I have been a customer at the Hair Factory for a few years now. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere , friendly staff and professionalism. The fact that time is taken with consultation prior to any service allows the client to express their needs and make sure they are understood, is a wonderful bonus. I have not been disappointed from any service I have received- hair colouring, hair styling or pedicure. Products that may be used, are explained as to purpose and their use. They may recommend them but up to you if interested.
I certainly look forward to going in to the Hair Factory for my bit of me time and pampering. Would definitely recommend trying the services. COVID may have put some restrictions on the hairstylists and services but have not changed the persona of the staff.
