I booked a massage for 6:45 pm. I pulled my neck so I needed to get in as I was in a lot of pain. I sat in the waiting area till 7, then waited in my car for 5 minutes. Someone left, and then the door was locked. I never got in to get my massage. I am very dissapointed, and will not book with them again.

I recently visited this beautiful space on a recent vacation out West. Vannessa is an amazing massage therapist. She is knowledgeable, gentle, kind and soft spoken. The space has a unique rustic charm and is very inviting. The oils she uses smell Amazing as does this space. I would 10000% recommend this place! we will be back!!

Have been visiting this salon since it was under old ownership - about 3 years now. Brooklyn is an incredible colourist. Very knowledgeable - I always learn something new. I was really worried that my hair would break but the colouring process was so gentle. She was also able to take creative freedom with my super-thick hair and create a cut that I am very satisfied with - ask about internal layering! Brooklyn also gives a mini indie head massage instead of the normal scalp massage - a nice little treat!

I’ve been going here for massage with Vanessa for a while as well and she is great with listening to my needs and can do cupping as well.

I recently had my first appointment with Ceanna for acupuncture and cupping. I cannot speak highly enough of Ceanna and her compassion, knowledge in TCM, and the treatment and recommendations she provided.

I have had acupuncture done once before this and Ceanna’s approach was so much more comprehensive. During the initial appointment she did a thorough intake and uses something called an acugraph. I found that both her interpretation of my symptoms and the acugraph readings were both very aligned with what I have been dealing with.

She did an amazing job of walking me through the actual needling and cupping process and answered any questions I had, which I really appreciated.

A few days after our appointment I received my acugraph report, recommendations for things I could do at home, and herbal recommendations to help bring my body back into balance.

The atmosphere at Hair and Holistics is also great, and the receptionist was friendly!

I will definitely be going back to Ceanna regularity for treatments.
