Merveilleux endroit en Fort Saskatchewan, l’entrée accueillant et le thé et café qu’ils servent 24 heures par jour faisait du bien. La madame au l’accueil était sympathique et agréable toujours. Les chambres était propre les lits est comme chaque Hampton toujours à l’aise. Le piscine était plate car il n’y avait pas l’hôtel tub mais les enfants ont toujours profiter. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et nous avons aimer le nourriture qu’ils servent spécialement le gruau. Je recommande fortement à mas famille et mes amis. Merci 🤩.

I'm staying here and am really impressed. The rooms are spacious and have a modern minimalist feel. Stand-up shower for 1 or 2 was a nice surprise. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The mattress is amazing! And the pillows are really nice and fluffy. Complimentary breakfast was standard and the food stations were clean. I would definitely rank this venue above 3 stars.

We arrived at the hotel. My wife and two kids were with me . The girl at the front desk was rude and you can tell that she didn’t like us and she didn’t want to serve us. She gave us a room that was not clean. All the bed sheaths and the towels were lumped into one pile . No cleans sheaths or towels were there. When I called the front desk to let them know about the situation, she asked me to come down and get another card for another room ( instead of the opposite) . I said that she should come up and bring us new card as it’s their fault and they should own it and make it right . She didn’t show up . We waited for half an hour and now one came . Finally, we went down and got a cancellation for our reservation. They didn’t even try to make an apology or anything like vouchers or anything else. She said that I can complain if I want ! . No need . I will never come to this place .

This place put us up when we had to evacuate our town. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Giving us directions to things we may realize we need once we settle. The rooms were great. Bright and clean. Plenty of outlets to charge our devices. Breakfast was also great. Location has a lot within walking distance. I Would highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I just stayed at the Hampton in Fort Saskatchewan and it was disgusting, I paid for 2 adjoining rooms (205-207) and was extremely disappointed! When we checked we got to our rooms and we noticed one wasn’t finished so they had to send a housekeeper up to finish. The other room was disgusting… splatters on the wall… was very dusty, tv didn’t work, old garbage beside the sink vanity from the last guests. I booked the rooms over the phone and wasn't informed that their pool wasn’t open. I informed the front desk about the issues and she just said “sorry about that”. I highly don’t recommend this hotel!

I tried to digitally check in using the app on my phone. It told me that I could not check in 8 pm at night. So I go To the front counter to find out that you cannot use the digital app for checking in or unlocking your door, but it let's you select a room, she said the hotel is behind the times in technology. When I asked why it let me check into room 417 , but she gave me a key to room 427, she told me it's because the room was on maintenance for a bad smell. ((Red flags alert!)) I Take the elevator up to the fourth floor.. when the door opened, a rank-odor hit me like a linebacker from the 49ers. So far not a good feeling. I drop my bags off in the room (which didn't smell too bad).. grab my shorts to head to the pool to go for a soak in the hottub. I get there to find out the hotel doesn't have a hottub, and the pool is closed "also for maintenance ".

As I write this... I'm doing it now because I'm sneezing like crazy in this room- and I don't know if I'll wake up in the morning.. so this may be the last thing I write. If so... send help but it might be too late.

(Either way... not sure I'd ever stay here again)

** update - yes I survived the night. Although the mini fridge sounded like a mini jet jet engine .. the loud hum was a decent background white noise all night. There's no clock. How the heck does a hotel not have a clock on the night stand? There's a microwave under the TV, but that doesn't help anyone trying to set an alarm or know the time when they wake up in the middle of the night. Small detail... but I'm on a roll here. Fix the burnt out light bulbs. All the deficiencies in this hotel make it feel like a low budget motel going into bankruptcy.

This hotel smells horrendous. The entire 4th floor smells rank, I needed to plug my nose and run. And the room smelled VERY funky and made me sneeze. Definitely should not be booking rooms on the 4th floor when it stinks that bad. Gross.

Hampton Hotel is a good place to stay specially if you want a quiet and peaceful place. The room, housekeeper and frontdesk is very nice, except for one frontdesk the Indian Girl name PUNJA if im not mistaken. We are evacuee from Jasper then the redcross informed them that the next day we need to check out and need to go to redcross again to find another hotel to stay and that girl was the one who received that email but she didn't informed us (usually they print and post it in the Hotel elevator) . The same day one of our collegue ask the other front desk on duty (Punja was out already) about our extension that's the only time we know that we need to go back to redcross again but it's already 7:00pm the redcross was already closed. The worst thing happened to us since she didn't informed us early we went to redcross the next day early in the morning but all of the Hotel in the city was full. We dont have choice but to get the hotel in other town way far from the city , but if PUNJA informed us ahead of time (the moment she received the email) 100% we got a good hotel in fort sask. or edmonton. All of us was mad to her. She' the only Indian Frontdesk in Hampton Inn Hotel Fort Saskachewan. Because of her we so disspointed, stress and tired.
