Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cette hôtel cet été. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement dans la soirée. Des restrictions relatives à l’eau potable ont été imposées par les autorités en raison d’un risque de contamination.

Ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver et nous le comprenons. L’hôtel a d’ailleurs mis en place des mesures temporaires.

Cependant, nous déplorons de l’avoir découvert à l’arrivée et d’avoir été mis au pied du mur en nous disant : « acceptez vous de loger à l’hôtel malgré ces conditions ? ». En effet, comment trouver au pied levé une nuitée dernière minute en pleine saison… qui plus est dans un secteur isolé et à l’offre limitée.

Voyageant avec un enfant en bas âge, nous aurions aimé être avisé avant notre arrivée afin d’étudier une solution de repli. Nous aurions aimé également que naturellement l’hôtel nous fasse bénéficier d’une remise sur le prix de la nuitée en raison du service dégradé (y compris sur le petit dejeuner)

En conclusion, mauvaise expérience et très déçu. C’est dans ces moment là que l’on mesure la qualité du service client d’une entreprise.

Wow, this hotel was a real surprise. We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed with lots of pillows. The bathroom was large with lots of towels and the shower/bathtub was excellent. |We were only there the one night for a wedding so did not get to enjoy the amenities but we did have their breakfast. It was your typical continental breakfast but it was well stocked and clean...the food was fresh.|The hotel is fairly new. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Midland area.

We stayed here for one night on our vacation and overall we really enjoyed it! We stayed in a room with a king size bed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was big. The room was nice. It was also nice that the hotel had a pool, though I do wish it was a bit bigger and slightly warmer. Overall, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast selection was decent. I would come back and stay here again. As mentioned by someone else, the only thing we weren't too crazy about was the sliding door for the bathroom.

My husband and I arrived after a 6.5 hour drive from Mackinac Island on Tuesday, May 20. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile from Imran and Cindy arriving with the announcement that she was putting out fresh coffee! Both were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. As I finished with check in I noticed that they had guest laundry. I had a bottle of wine break and completely saturate my traveling wardrobe when we got to Mackinaw. One problem, I only had $3.00 in CAD. I had USD but not CAD. Cindy was so kind and offered me the $3.00 extra so I could complete the laundry cycle. Customer Service at it's best. This was her personal $3.00. She didn't get this from the cash drawer. They made my day and I could finish the trip with clean clothes. I really appreciated their Hamptonality! We stayed in 6 Hilton properties during our 8 day roadtrip and this was by far the nicest of them all.

I purchased a Guess Where Trip (Hidden Gems of Huronia) and found the daytrip ended in Midland. |I'm a Hilton rewards member, so Hamptons are the first hotel I always look for!|Located just on the outskirts of the town, the hotel is very new and very well located at a main intersection. Drive to the Midland harbour is about 5-7 mins from the hotel, a straight shot. |Nearby the hotel is a Kelseys restaurant, and a 2 min drive is Martyr Shrine as well as the Wye Marsh and Ste Marie Among the Hurons.|Very clean, staff were very friendly and both check-in and check-out were seamless.|Beds and pillows are very comfy... we both had the best nights sleep we've had in a while.|Standard room features as in every Hampton, fridge, TV, chair and small side table, and the shampoo and conditioner were awesome!|They do have a fitness facility and a pool, but we didn't use either.|We filled up with coffee at the beverage station the morning of check out. We didn't indulge in the complimentary breakfast as it was a little overwhelmed with sports teams filling their bellies for the morning... but nonetheless, the coffee hit the spot and we continued on with our day!

Very clean hotel. Only spent one night but the staff was amazingly helpful. My wife had forgot her hair spray and as usual we were running late. The hotel keeps all the “essentials” on hand and the staff are they to make sure you get the most out of your stay. |Definitely would recommend if you’re staying in the Midland area. |Oh and even the breakfast was good!

Spent the night here on our bike packing trip around the Simcoe County rail trail. They had a good system to secure our bikes. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was free. Cant complain!

My family, relatives, and I have stayed at this hotel for one or two nights. The rooms were wonderful with two beds in each room. The service was wonderful which included free breakfast. The location was perfect because it was near where my sister got married at.
