Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Les chambres sont correctes, mais l'hôtel est situé entre une route qui est très fréquentée et à l'arrière près des voies ferrées. Ma chambre faisait face aux voies ferrées et les trains passaient très fréquemment jour et nuit en klaxonnant. Impossible de dormir.

Great place to stay if travelling for a sports tournament in the area. The breakfast room was excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool (waterslide). Despite the hotel being full of kids it was remarkably quiet at bed time.

Room was clean and updated. We had a jacuzzi with king bed. Everything worked well. Since we had both our dogs we stayed in and ordered pizza.

They are renovating until July 12 so it was a bit of a construction zone, the pool was still open, but we did not use it.

Breakfast was well laid out with hot items; waffles, cheese omlettes, ham, plus continental items and fruit. Coffee was great, and I noticed guests went back after breakfast to top up before heading on your journey.

It's on a noisy highway, but still great location.

Only thing we could suggest improvement on was providing bubble bath soap, dog bowls/ water bowls - spare dog bed. (Since it is dog friendly hotel)

They had ear plugs if you ask the front desk which was also nice.

The landscaping is well done and ample area for dogs to walk around on the grass and an area in the back for bathroom time. (There was a sign and holder for doggie bags but it was empty)

We would stay here again and it would have been a 5 star rating if they had the above mentioned suggestions/needs.

My booking was given away when I went to check in and was left homeless for the first night as all rooms were booked. They didn't really compensate me for this and I was charged more than initially promised on my pet cleaning fee after I checked out, even though I left the room in great condition.
Rooms are outdated and hot tub not hot enough.
Front desk staff pleasant and breakfast offered was pretty OK.
Will likely ask my company to book me at the Holiday Inn next time I travel for work.

During my transition to a new house, I found myself staying here for several days. Despite some limitations, the hotel staff truly excelled in their service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The rooms were not only clean and spacious but also incredibly comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt a strong sense of safety here.||I became a member of the Hilton Honors program after my stay at this hotel, as it provided a wonderful introduction to the quality and care associated with Hilton. Although I have encountered some disappointing experiences with the Hilton brand since then, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Langley-Surrey remains a standout. In fact, it is likely the best Hilton hotel I have ever experienced, even after staying at many others. I often reminisce about my time there, and even when I visit Curio Collections and other more upscale Hilton properties, I find myself comparing those experiences to this one. This hotel which truly stands out, especially for budget travellers. ||----|SPARK NOTES:||Rooms: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. ||Safety: Very safe when rooming alone. Never had any issues or hiccups. ||Walkability: It is fairly easy to walk around, but I would suggest taking a quick Lyft ride to reach the mall, restaurants, and shops. Walking may not be the best option due to the heavy traffic and the fact that the area is primarily industrial.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Langley was fantastic, thanks in large part to Connie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued—not just another guest, but a welcome part of their hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable and accommodating, making for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated the delicious hot breakfast in the morning and the convenience of 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. A wonderful experience all around!
