Superbe de A à Z. Service rapide et courtois. Hôtel moderne et neuf - très propre. Excellente sélection et variété du petit déjeuné gratuit. Idéal pour les gens en voyage d'affaires. Seul bémole est l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

La location n'était pas idéal a cause d'être au bord du ville et loin du centre ville, mais c'était propre, neuf, et le service était parfait. Certainement bon pour les travailleurs qui peuvent conduire à n'importe quoi. Il y avait il un peu de bruit de Highway 1 toute la nuit.

Wow - this place is amazing and I highly recommend it. The place is spotless. The pool is huge and heated and has a hot tub and slide as well. The gym area is massive with three treadmills and tons of equipment. And the rooms themselves are super nice and you can get some really spacious rooms for not much more. Great for families. Oh and there a million plugins everywhere. Bring any device you want!

And then the staff goes above and beyond. We arranged a late checkout and they were so accommodating of our plans changing. And using the app to text the front desk is maybe the best hotel invention yet.

The location is also great. Two restaurants right nearby. Easy access to the highway. Will stay here again!

If I could give 0/5 I would. Rude staff that have no idea what you’re talking about when asking for a room upgrade. The bed was from the 90’s brought from another hotel. Woke up consecutive days with severe back pain that has stayed with me for the last week now and I’m off to the chiropractor to get it fixed today. Can’t even understand a manager when you call because they hired a non English speaking person, like I got maybe 4 words from her that were understandable. Dirty rooms. Empty shampoo and body wash containers, breakfast was cold and stale. Potatoes were from the day prior. The only thing that’s edible is the fruit. Save your cash and stay in Medicine Hat at one of the better hotels. This place is pure trash these days. Sad because I stayed here in 2016 with the family and it was amazing.

Cost for one night was $191, I feel bit high price. ⬇️

I checked out early morning at 05:00 am. Breakfast timing ⏱️ was 6-10 am. I asked exactly 09:58 am (also ready to pick quick bite) but reception staff was so strict to time. I guess few hand carry item (fruit etc.) can allowed on courtesy basis as 💲 is included. No complaint because my timing was not suitable. 😬

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel.  Front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.  The rooms were very clean and the pillows are to die for!!  Breakfast in the morning gives you many choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

The hotel room was clean! The bed was a bit lumpy, but not every bed can be to my taste!||The hotel was basic and was a bit out of the way from most things, so the price tag of over $230 a night (the weekend we went) was a bit jarring. We went when there was a lot going on in Medicine Hat, a bowling tournament and it looked like a hockey tournament was happening. The pool was full, so we didn’t go!||The breakfast was included in the price of the room, and the staff were helpful and kept up on cleaning!||All in all, I would stay there again, as my only real complaint was the price, and since I know this place is clean, that to me is so important.
