Melanie is phenomenal, would highly recommend her. My wife and I came for couples massages, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience, left feeling very relaxed, respected, and rejuvenated. Both of our masseuses were excellent, but as Melanie massaged me, I can speak more on her. Melanie consistently checked in with me throughout the massage, asked me about pressure levels, offered up warm towels throughout, and just generally provided me with such excellent care. I get somewhat nervous about being touched at times, but Melanie had such a calming mom energy, she really made me feel comfortable and like I had complete agency. She did all this to a perfect degree, while comandeering the massage and making me feel like I was in good hands no matter what. Both my wife and I had such good experiences, we would definitely go back, but when we were leaving the receptionist was so kind too, and had great deals to offer us making us want to come back even more.

These are scammers. When I first call in to book appointment they told me around $90 for massage for 50 minutes but they never mentioned me this was introductory price. When I went there for third time then I came to know they are charging $125 for 50 minutes. The lady over started to get rude with me when I mentioned that they never told me correct prices. Then she said that now your insurance is not paying you want to take free massage by creating an issue.
I also talked to their manager and I explained my concern to him then he said we charge $125 for 60 minutes which includes 10 minutes for filling the form at front counter.
I don’t understand why every single staff there tells the different prices to customers.
Also when I asked about the customer service contact, the lady said I just work here I don’t know anytime about the it just google it. After that she started to talk to other employee and telling her that she want free massage therapy because her insurance is not covering. Then she said we always Email and Text the invoices for the services and bookings with detail pricing. But when I said never got any text messages nor Emails. Then she changed the topic that we can give you introductory prices only for this time because your insurance is not covering. This is so ridiculous. I am paying for my insurance why on earth she is saying that you are making issue for free massage.

I would suggest don’t go there because they are scamming by telling wrong prices on every single visit.

As you said in the reply to call at the number. I did call on that number. The guy answered the call and without hearing anything there is nothing they can do. I said okay and when I asked why you suggested to call he says you are out of your mind why are you calling again.

This is so bad please don’t ask anyone to call or email if you cannot
help the customer.

The staff are all friendly, accommodating and professional. The quality of the products are amazing and services above average. As a mature, aging female, I will never give up my membership!

My face looks and feels amazing! Ramneek is very talented, skilled, patient, and listens to every one of my needs. I don’t think this is expected nor will I make it a habit, but I needed a service and she stayed after hours so that my face can look good for a night on the town! Very impressed!!

RIDICULOUS PRICES. I just think that we could share our experience hoping the business would hear us out.

Husband and I been going to another massage place for years. Saturday was a long-weekend and that place was close. We wanted to have a massage and treat ourselves, so we stumbled upon this place. First time here.

When I called, they got us in same day for a massage and a facial which was great. On my understanding there's only options for 30, 60, 75, 90, 120-minute massages. We wanted a 90-minute couple massage plus a facial - she quoted me $89 introductory price on the facial that they will add-on. I asked about the total price - she said $204. Me thinking it was a great deal, we proceeded.

When we got there, they weren't busy. Signed forms and started past 10 minutes to our appointment - which was fine, understandable because we had to sign forms. My RMT was good. She though politely offered me the hot stones which I said yes thinking it was complimentary since she said "it was there so might as well". My husband's - however, I saw that his therapist kept stopping throughout the session (husband was falling asleep at times). His RMT even had to stop in the middle of the treatment because she said she had to grab us robes for our facials for right after. I was thinking, "can't she do that after our massage?". My husband also requested an arm/hand massage to focus on which he said he didn't receive. When it came to the placing of hot stones, they were extremely hot so they only put 2/4 on our backs. Well I was thinking it was complimentary anyways maybe that's why the stones were put on just like that. And maybe that's why they're called hand and stone because they do it regardless. Basically I think for my husband it was not a 90-minute worth session for him.

Ending the massage session, we changed into our robes and moved into separate rooms for our facials. My aesthetician was the receptionist. I'm under my husband's plan but she told us that my husband's insurance didn't go through for him. Mine did, his plan paid $128. So I thought the remaining of the $204 she quoted us was for the facial which we were okay to pay.

Anyway fast forward to the session, it was good, but I felt like I did not receive the 60-minute worth. She had to stop and go out of the room to grab something (which I understand - things happen), but she also finished 10 minutes early of my appointment! I was 10 minutes done before my husband but we both went in at the same time. She went to the front desk because nobody was there and shortly left because she was done for the day. For my husband - he said he did not even get serum/moisturizing after his procedures/hydration. He thinks he did not get a proper facial because they know it's our first facial and don't know any better.

Came for the bill, my husband paid. Seeing the total amount was a ridiculous $600 for the both of us. Unbelievable. The breakdown was:

80-minute massage: $154 each
10-minute add-on: $20 each (which clearly we did not receive)
Hot stone add-on: $25 for me
Himalayan stone (husband was charged but he did not consent to this): $25 for him
Facial: $89 each

We're not confrontational people, but we felt like this is not reasonable. Getting charged like that without them being transparent with the cost upfront was beyond us. They're supposed to be professional - since they are service providers. Not getting the services you paid for was absolutely ridiculous. We paid and left - never coming back. Seeing the other reviews had got me thinking it was not just us.

I went in for a specific massage in which the therapist said she was not trained to do so. I agreed, They all agreed and tried to book me with another staff member the following day. I mentioned to the staff I was not comfortable and will be looking for a post op lymphatic massage specialist They threatened to charge me with a cancelation policy agreement and will be filing a dispute against me.

What a neat/ peaceful and positive environment. I had an appointment with Jonas RMT. he was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and He provided best comfort throughout the session. Not only that but guided before after care to feel actual relaxation and differences. Today was my 2nd session with him and he did remember and shown care asking if I had an opportunity to
Do stretches he guided etc… must must must try this location. owner himself is very helpful and professional. I have eyewitnesses his support to clients, understanding their needs, valuing time and guidance.
