Great sandwiches, we had the chicken and beef sandwiches and they where both great, and service is with a smile.
Not much sitting room inside but a great vibe and even better food.
You can watch them make the bread and sandwiches.
When looking for lunch around Duncan go and visit.

One of THE BEST places to grab a bite in Duncan (on the whole island to be frank).
Really appreciate the atmosphere, everyone is always polite and happy, the food is phenomenal and the drinks are also great!
Have to rave about a day I went in on my lunch break and they were sadly out of my favourite (Ham and cheese sammie!), and hadn’t had an opportunity to make more yet. One of the staff heard my order and kindly offered to whip one up for me.
Absolutely incredible customer service, always always look forward to stopping by.

Overall, I’d rate Hank’s a 7.2/10. The quality of the food and seasonal offerings are huge pluses, though the busy, cramped space makes it a better fit for quick stops than extended visits. If you're in the area, it’s a must-try for fresh, flavorful fare!

I don't usually even like chocolate chip cookies but the fresh ones in the display case looked so good. It was delicious. Drove home with bread and a couple of treats. It was nice to be able to sit for a Vietnamese salad for lunch and being able to watch the baking staff at work was fun. This place is visible from the highway and very clean and well maintained. Perfect for the trip between Victoria going up island.

Food is amazing. Baked goods to die for. I am a vegetarian and I have been in twice to ask for a veggie sandwich and wow. It's different every time they call it the chef's special and they are that. 10 stars if possible!

The varied desserts that were bought were enjoyed by all at the party. I was prepared to pay a little more and drive a little farther for this quality product. The bakery is very busy so service is quick, business like and efficient. I wouldn't stop for a tea and chat with friends as the ambience doesn't support (compared to other places) but they excel at their focus!

Never dissapointing! Almond croissant, ham & cheese croissant, they are delicious. Gluten free options are insane. Their crust taste like regular ones! We are thankful to find this gem in Duncan.

We stayed in the Super 8 across the street, and just discovered this place because we were hungry. So happy we went here! The croissants were amazing and the scone was the best I ever had (and that’s saying something). The girl behind the counter was super friendly as well.
Highly recommend if you manage to find yourself in Duncan!
