One of the oldest areas I've been to. This place must have some history. We were here for lacrosse. Dressing rooms were okay, benches were a bit weird. Overall though, the facility was well maintained, clean and we had a good time. Parking was not great but that was the only real downside. Would definitely come here again.

Facility is quite old. Three fitness rooms illogically scattered throughout the whole perimeter. Lockers in the locker room are small and you have to pay extra 50 cents for it. Some of them are reserved with a lock. Some are unlock-able. If you want to do gym and pool, it's gonna cost you a 1$. Considering that the sauna has two furnaces, it's super cold. Compared to let's say hillcrest or Minoru. They must be running at like 40%. Plus you can feel the cold air coming in through the gaps in the wood, especially in the upper right corner.

Pros: welcoming and polite staff
Cons: cleanliness. Almost all swimmers take off their clothes just next to the pool and jump to the water without taking a shower! And it seems to be a normal practice here.
Do not be surprised if you get infectious diseases after swimming!!

I've attended several of Roxanne's pilates intermediate classes at Harry Jerome rec centre and I think she is excellent! Good ambiance in class and challenges us to be stronger 💪🏻
