The best bnb ever... Hosts are so kind and attentive. Rooms are impeccable. Location is magical and breakfasts are generous and yummy. Beds are the comfiest I've ever experienced... we loved the resident horses and cat too. Just a magical place. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. Thank you for an unforgettably amazing stay.

We can't recommend this BnB enough. Everythng about here is special and outstanding, above all hosts, who are incredibly kind, caring and at the same time professional. We felt as if we have known them all our lives. The location is idylic and magical, surrounded by beautiful nature, and close to a charming little town/village. We loved meeting their two gorgeous horses and the boss of the whole place, their gorgeous ginger cat, Lois! Our room was airy, bright and incredibly comfortable. I already miss the comfy bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and impeccable. We are so happy we prolonged our stay; wish we could stay much longer. But we will definitely be back. We have found new friends and we hope to see them many many times again!

Our second visit to this delightful B&B. Harvey and Eleanor are friendly and welcoming hosts who make you feel like you’re staying with old friends. The house is beautiful and each room is huge, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a quiet, peaceful stay. Access to a variety of outdoor activities is convenient, including wineries, the rail trail, the lake and the steam train that can be seen from the house as it chuffs up the hill to the wineries. What’s not to love about sitting eating breakfast while watching the Clydesdale horses munching the grass in the huge meadow surrounding the house? Did I mention the breakfast? Oh my! There’s no chance you will leave their table feeling hungry ?

We got a spacious and clean room in this well-maintained farm house in Summerland, BC, only few minutes away from wineries, and Kettle Valley Train Station. You can find restaurants and amenities near by. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Nature is amazing.

We spent a couple of nights here for some rest and relaxation at the end of our Canadian road trip and we could not have picked a better spot. The imposing colonial-style house is set in extensive grounds on the edge of Summerland with easy access by car to the town and the surrounding wineries. Our room was huge and very comfortable and Eleanor and Harvey were wonderful hosts. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and meeting "the girls", the two resident Clydesdales. We would happily have stayed longer and thought the room rate was very reasonable for such good quality accommodation.

Harvey and Eleanor were great hosts that made this the perfect vacation spot. It was super relaxing with a great breakfast. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful while close to wineries and trails. Can't gush enough about the wonderful stay we had.

One of the best B&B’s we’ve ever been to. Large, immaculate room complete with sitting area and walk-in shower. Super friendly hosts who created sumptuous, fresh breakfasts (complete with homemade jams) and gave us wonderful advice of what to see and do in Summerland. Loved sitting on their wraparound deck soaking in the spectacular scenery. This was more than “a place to sleep”, it was an experience!
