I have dropped in for a smoothe before - but today is the first time I have eaten here. We were welcomed by wonderful staff.

As I was ordering my brunch I was told the muffins were about to come fresh out of the oven. We tried a carrot and chocolate chip muffin. It was brought to my table - I tried the chocolate chip one and then tried my daughter's carrot- they were both amazing but the carrot would not usually be a choice I would make...THAT HAS CHANGED - it was boosting with flavour!

I had avocado on toast for brunch....it was
delicious!!

The atmosphere and customer service was great as well!!

I will be back! 🙂

This beats any of the healthier or trying to be healthy fast food out there. For a sandwich and a drink, you're looking at 20 bucks, but the sandwich has the fresh veggies, and the drink is not all sugar. You will leave feeling plesently full and happy that your money was well spent on that delicious meal. You will also continue to feel full for the afternoon. If you go for lunch, i will make this a regular stop

I placed an order for pick up using the app. harvest is on my drive home from the gym. I customized my wrap to add-on avocado at a $2 charge. I got home only to realize it was not on the wrap but I was charged for it. It’s clearly written on the receipt that I requested the add-on. It’s not worth driving all the way back into town to have this error corrected. I shouldn’t have to unwrap my order on location to make sure it’s correct. I’m not impressed. As a dining establishment that promotes food being fresh and real food made from scratch with a higher-ish price point, my experience is really disappointing.

This was my first experience here so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Miso Wagyu (plant based) bowl. It was full of flavor and a great portion size. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely with comfortable seating. My only complaint is that the HVAC system is quite loud. Despite that, I highly recommend the fresh food here.

The healthy selection is excellent. I ordered the veggie panini but was disappointed that it was served with regular bread. For the price, I had expected a larger portion. But I applaud the menu choices. I had a difficult time choosing.

What a nice treat in Amherst, right off the highway. Very clean and modern, food is excellent, well worth the fairly reasonable cost.
