Dr. Kelly is a magician!
She is experienced and passionate about what she does- not to mention she handles with care. I always look forward to a trip to her office, anticipating the relief and leave feeling lighter. I have personally learned so much about my body and have also gained tips and tricks for healthier living outside of her office too. Lisa, who works the front desk is always a pleasure to see and is so consistently kind and upbeat as well- both in person and on the phone. Highly recommend.

Don’t walk; run. If you can’t run- Dr. Kelly can probably fix that too!

Stay away from this clinic- the owner Rebecca Scott is very unprofessional, discriminatory, and decides who she accepts as a patient to their clinic based on if you provide your credit card information over the phone or not.
Due to extreme pain, after 6 weeks, I decided to call the clinic again and book another appointment and this time I provided the credit card details as well as shown in the image, however, they cancelled my appointment 3 and a half hours before my appointment time based on no reason. As the image clearly says- cancelled as per Dr S. Upon calling and talking to front desk, I was not provided any reason. After a week, I got the call back as I had sent multiple emails to them and asked for a reason to cancel my appointment, but never provided one. Never got any response after my last email from April 29, 2025. I have been very professional on the calls and emails, and I am still unsure of the reason for refusal of their services to me.

I want to start off by saying that I have tried three RMTs at this location. Clarity and Dan can assess your pain very well and do a good job. Jack was not the greatest as I was in too much pain afterwards. I would avoid at all cost. I do want to explain why I am giving a 2 star review. I cancelled my appointment at 6:01am on the day of, and I remember my daughter was still sleeping. I decided to cancel the appointment because I had to stay home with my daughter as she was SICK. She was sick for 5 days and is still sick. When receiving the small cancellation fee, I was heart broken because was I supposed to bring my daughter to my appointment, get the staff sick in order for me not to pay the 28$ fee? I do not think that was fair to me and maybe not fair for the RMT, but I think she would have accepted this as a one time thing. Other appointments I have had, I had to cancel for my daughter and they were at risk of not getting paid, and understood. Maybe I am making a big stink for this, but I will not be coming back to this location. I am sad because it is near my work, but writing me an e-mail and reducing the cancellation fee is a way of understanding, is not enough for me. They have lost a client and this will be advertised on social media as a place to avoid. If a company cannot support single mothers, then it is not worthy of my money.

Harwood Chiropractic Center is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating, making each visit a pleasant experience. Clarity, the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), is amazing at what she does – her expertise in massage therapy is unmatched, and she consistently provides incredible relief. Our entire family has been treated here, and every experience has been positive.

Dr. Rebecca, in particular, deserves special mention. She worked wonders in treating my husband's sharp back pain. Thanks to her care, he found significant relief, something we are so grateful for. The combination of acupuncture, chiropractic care, and massage therapy offered at Harwood Chiropractic Center addresses all our health needs under one roof. We truly appreciate the comprehensive care and the dedication of the staff. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kelly Schoonderwoerd Is absolutely incredible and provides a high quality of clinical care! Best chiropractic treatment I have received in way over 20 years that I’ve been seeing her for health care. Dr. Kelly has helped me with my severe back pain, shoulder pain and overall health and maintenance care. I wanted to take the time to post my experience with Dr.Kelly Schoonderwoerd.
I was very excited to meet a Doctor that specialized in chiropractic work for the coccyx.
Initially, consultation started with amazing listening and understanding skills. As she started treatment, she was kind enough to research other things that would be beneficial to me. As treatment progressed, she started introducing other tools and techniques to explore relief possibilities. I would recommended Dr. Schoonderwoerd 110% for her skills, ability and amazing communication.

The office admin who answers the phone was extremely rude. I was just inquiring about Chiropractic services when she got extremely irritated and hung up the phone on me. Very sad that basic customer service skills was not present.

In my experience when you find a medical practitioner that both listens to you, and helps you feel better, you will follow them to the ends of the earth – and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 30 years with Dr. Kelly. While I’ve tried other chiropractors when traveling to see Dr. Kelly was not possible, in the end I’ve always chosen her because I have never found another chiropractor that includes soft tissue work as a part of their care plan, and understands my body as well as if not better than I do. When communicating to other chiropractors how well my body responds to soft tissue work and certain adjustments and then being told ‘you should book a massage then’, and I’ve been doing this for X amount of years and this is what works for me’ it just re affirms that Dr. Kelly truly cares about my wellbeing, does not put her needs above my own, and takes the time to get to know her patients instead of seeing them as a dollar sign. And it is for these reasons I have continued seeing Dr. Kelly regularly for my chiropractic care, trust her with the care of both my husband and my two children, and recommend her regularly.
