I got the European pedi done by Raquel. The water was hot (I recommend telling them to make it warm.) Both of my big toes hurt due to the cuticle cut she did. However, she scrubbed my feet extremely well.

I had a good experience at Haven. The space is nice and clean with a comfortable set up. I really like how you can get both your manicure and pedicure in the same seat. I opted to do a manicure with a clear polish and a cute pinkish nude for my pedi.

I have been to Haven Spa several time for a number of services. I have been very satisfied each time. This particular time I went in for a shellac manicure. This is my second time getting this service. Marlene did a wonderful job. My nails look great. The colors that I had to choose from were vibrant and beautiful. Marlene was very professional, inquiring about what I wanted every step of the way.

I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Joselyn, and it was amazing! Joselyn was so attentive and thorough throughout the entirety of the session, and she is incredibly skilled at helping release knots and tension in the shoulders and neck. I left the session feeling like my shoulders were three feet lower than they were when I came in. ? Definitely book with her! The facilities are so tranquil, clean, and dreamy, and every employee who I interacted with was incredibly nice and hospitable! I will definitely be returning soon.

Just head a number of different treatments at Haven, and had hoped for heaven but got mediocre at best

When I walked in for my appointment, I was a bit hesitant as they’re high ceilings with dark purple and black curtains look low key like it was offering a different set of services than I was interested in.

The facial and nail care I got were okay in the moment, but not cheap at $150 for a basic gel mani + pedi, in salon without massage chairs and a pretty basic set up

The day after the mani and the pedi started chipping and the mani turned quite blodgy, the nail tech did a shoddy job as I can’t remember the last time my shellac gel chipped after 24 hrs

I’m going to reach out to management separately and ask for a refund as I think charging this amount of money + the good tip I left really requires much better quality service

I participated in the Beauty Collective for this appointment. The Tech that did my nails was awesome. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They have a superb collection of nail polish colors, including Zoya. The staff are very friendly and helpful, too.

I had the Geek Massage with Ariel and it was incredible. So relaxing, and he really got the knots out of my stressed out back. The service was smooth and professional across the board. Great experience overall.
