I have been going to heal wellness since they have opened in Guelph and never ever had any issues until this past few months. Their bowls are still delicious don’t get me wrong but they don’t even fill them up anymore. They are getting less and less full as I keep going back so I’m not sure it’s worth the price tag anymore. Super disappointing.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this in the spirit of honest feedback. We’ve ordered many Heal bowls in Guelph, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently falling short of expectations—especially given the premium price point.

The bowls are now often far from full, sometimes missing key ingredients, and lacking the flavour we experienced in early purchases. Service has also been underwhelming the past several months.

Today’s Cupid Bowl is missing the Nutella and the bowl itself is tasteless and reduced in size. Nothing like the bowl as advertised!

I hope the team takes this feedback as an invitation to recalibrate and return to the intention of this company to provide quality service and product.

I had a hockey tournament in Guelph just this weekend and my friend recommended this place to go get a smoothie bowl. Just wow.

These smoothie bowls are so good and very healthy that I went 2 days in a row for a “in between games meal” and I was fuelled up.

Nice workers and a nice little seating area, but when me and a few of my teammates went in, it was a little small and there was a line out the door, so the space is a bit small for large groups.

But great place overall. Definitely recommend!

I loved this place!! Service was very friendly, they gave my dog a pup cup, and I loved my açai bowl. It was so delicious and so filling. Would easily recommend it!

OK wow. A couple of my coworkers had gone here a few times and had said the smoothie bowls were good. I was blown away. I got the cocoa bowl after asking for something that was a little bit hearty with chocolate. I also added the peanut butter drizzle. Will absolutely be back, definitely satisfied the craving that I had for trying one and I was full from lunch until dinner. Ingredients were fresh, store was clean, and staff were friendly.

Corporate needs a better service delivery. I made an online order, arrive at my pick up time-a gentlemen in front of me is 20 minutes early for his time but they oblige and make his ASAP and leaves. Mine is now late and was told they’re working on it. Call my name and walk to the counter, it’s not there. The staff member laughs and says someone took it, I’ll make you a new one and then apologizes and say it’s all new staff today. The store was full of about 25 University students. Definitely need to rethink their service plan if they don’t want to continue with theft. Disappointing.

I came here for the first time, and it was pretty busy. I tried their OG Acai and the cookie oat protein shake. The OG Acai had strawberry, banana, blueberry, granola, coconut, nibs, and hemp seed. They even added free peanut butter drizzle on top. It was sweet because of the fruit, but I would've added honey for more sweetness. It did have the crunch from the granola. The cookie oat protein shake was just ok to me. I definitely would've added some nutella or honey to make it sweeter. Heal Wellness appears to use good ingredients that are aligned with being healthy. I would come back again and make some tweaks, as there are many options!

One of the best smoothie bowls I’ve ever had. It had the perfect amount of toppings in it, and the quantity was just right. I’ve been to smoothie bowl places where they cheap out on toppings, but this place is not like that. The flavours went very well together, I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I just wish they had the amount of calories on their menu just to get an idea of what exactly you’re consuming.
