Had a great massage from RMT Krystle, she found all of the tight knots in my back and it was great to be able to add on an infra-red sauna session right afterward. I felt relaxed and invigorated! Love this friendly spot for a healthy spa day right in the heart of Niagara.

A nice and different experience. We did the salt cave and the hand and foot detox. The salt cave is a "group" experience and we (my husband and I) were with about 10 strangers, who inevitably start chatting and using their phones after about 5 minutes. 45 minutes staying put and silent with a bunch of strangers is a little challenging...maybe they should offer people short stories to read? Or explain all the benefits of the cave? Do a meditation or something?
We really enjoyed the hand and foot detox. Luckily we were by ourselves, so it was more relaxing. I recommend this treatment.
The owner was very nice and the location is unique and a fun experience.

We enjoyed the whole experience. Welcoming staff and peaceful space. Even better than expected and we would love to return one day. The massage was not done by RMTs but they were excellent, kind and personally I would not know the difference. We did salt cave, 45 infrared sauna and then a couples massage in the salt wall room. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon. Very good value for money.

Extremely underwhelming Salt Cave AND Hand/Foot detox experience. A lot of sitting doing nothing (hand&detox includes sitting down with feet on slightly heated blocks and hands on heated lamp), or sitting and waiting in lounge areas for services (turn around time between services is 15+ mins for small capacity group). Also, website is very misleading and does not include IMPORTANT information regarding booking/payment. Due to this and underwhelming services, the whole experience was very disappointing. Customer service could’ve also been demonstrated a lot better while cashing out our services. 0/10 would NOT recommend

My husband treated me to a package of my choice as a belated Christmas present and I can honestly say that it's the best spa experience I've had to date.

I chose the Christmas Retreat Package (45 minutes in the salt cave, followed by a hot stone massage and facial) and by the time I was done, I felt light as air.

When booking both a massage and facial, my previous experience at multiple other spas has usually involved an awkward break between services to change rooms and staff. However, here they were performed in the same room by the same therapist so that the treatments could segue into each other uninterrupted. It seems trivial but I found that this allowed me to fall into a much deeper sense of relaxation. I also enjoyed the added touch of choosing your preferred essential oil.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was unique but cozy.

Highly recommended. I'll be bringing my Mum with me next time.

An amazing first time experience for myself getting a professional massage done. We love the Healing Salt theme; the atmosphere is beautiful and the staff and therapists are all welcoming and warm. My partner and I had the Hot Stone treatment, which really took the massage experience to the next level. I was a little anxious going for my first massage with a stranger, but Jezabel was gentle, I felt safe in her care, and I loved my experience. Nicole was superb also, and ensured we enjoyed our treatment from arrival to departure. Truly therapeutic and relaxing. I am definitely going to try their other services in the future!

We wanted something different to do for Girls Weekend and discovered the salt cave (Dorchester Location). We had a great service did the chilling in the salt cave and then another service with the detox and foot massage. The foot massage was amazing. It is not cheap but an overall awesome experience. The staff was informed and attentive. I recommend. Enjoy.

Staff was amazing and so welcoming. My mom and I did the salt cave, massage, and salt bath. It was truly an experience that was worth it. I felt super relaxed after my treatments and will definitely going back.
