First massage I have had since moving home. Logan is amazing, I thought my problem area was in my lower back turns out most of the tension was in my traps an neck area. I feel so incredible I have already booked my next appointment!!!! Thanks so much Logan I feel incredible cant believe the difference.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. She was booked for an hour of head and neck massage. She was 15 minutes late due to child care and later because of taxi. I called the centre to inform that she is running a bit later. She only had 25 minutes of session and about half of this time was for cupping. My wife inform the therapist about pain points, however she feels that only one of those pain areas were addressed during massage. It seems that she also got some muscle stressed during the neck massage as she develop pain in her neck after the session, which has still not fully resolved. She still had to pay 100 CAD though. Overall, she is not satisfied.

Michelle is a great RMT! She had a "blading" technique which really helps get the fascia moving. Will be going back for another deep tissue massage shortly.

Great relaxation massage therapy sessions!
If you need to calm them restless tired nerves it's the place to be .. after or even before a week of work or just if you have some time to spare to relax it's a great place for exactly that sparing time ..for yourself, treat yourself and relax.👌🏼
