The Village of Alberta Beach and surrounding communities have much to offer whether you are a tourist, summer resident or a year round resident. We retired full-time to Alberta Beach recently and are pleasantly surprised how quiet it is the majority of the time. Locals are friendly and helpful. The library offers many programs. There is an active Seniors Centre. Other conveniences include a post office, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery and convenience stores, vet, beauty and massage services, greenhouse and other businesses. There is a large arena, pier and one of the best farmer's markets we.have visited. There are also many tourist attractions and festivals. Check the Alberta Beach Village website for more info.

I'm very happy to say I was wrong I hadn't given the new owners the opportunity to make the store a better place to shop,and that they have done, much better stocked, and much more selection as well as a much improved parking space, very good deli,this is what makes people come back over and over, I commend the new owners for the hard work they have done, too make it a good place to shop.... thank you
