Pros: Kids had a great time, and loved their time in the pool. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel shampoo and conditioners smell nice. Large fridge. Lovely checkin lady in the evening, even offered us joining rooms when she realized we were together.  we didn’t have an opportunity to dine in but the restaurant/bar area looked really nice and clean. Cons: We attempted an early check-in without success, and that was completely fine. It wasn’t the non-option that was the issue, it was the lack of care about it and the tone it was delivered in. Morning front clerk clearly does not like her job as I witnessed this attitude once again the next morning to another guest. If you want the morning buffet, it’s pretty much completely empty by 845am, which it’s “open” from 5-9am. No body wash in shower. Be aware that not all rooms are easily accessible if you have mobility issues. There is a hallway that you have to go up about 5 to 6 steps without an elevator as an option.

This hotel is about 5 min shuttle ride from the airport. The free shuttle operates every thirty minutes to and from the airport. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and service here was exceptional for the evening meal. Note: There is no external restaurants or shops near the hotel. However, there is a very interesting Aviation Museum, just 2 minute walk from the hotel. You could easily spend about 1 to 2 hours exploring the exhibits and admission is free, but small donation is requested. The tariff includes a complimentary breakfast, which is very similar to 2-3 star hotel establishments, with plastic plates and cutlery. The only hot option is eggs and a sausage mix or similar. The rooms have a microwave, and small sink (a mini kitchen). There is a communal laundry which operates on a coin system using commercial washing machines and dryers. An internal pool is also available. My room has some views of airports - (freight aircraft) across the freeway. Overall, this hotel represents good value for money, especially compared to other airport options.

Clean room, with tiny washroom and sink outside of washroom. Decent hotel for a night before your flight, due to proximity to airport. Not an hotel I’d stay for any other reason. Neighborhood is pretty much dead. Staff is polite, but that’s it.

Great stay close to the airport with free parking up to two weeks and a 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport. Easy check in, room good with 2 queen beds and early buffet hot breakfast starting at 5am.Room clean and beds very comfortable. Shower has dispensers for shampoo and body wash but hard to use until you realize that you have to squeeze the container. Check out fast and smooth. Recommend for stay near the airport.

The only positive thing to say about this place was the front desk staff.

The lobby is so tiny only about 5 people with suitcases can fit comfortably. The tiny elevator is inconveniently located right across from the front desk so to get to it you have to constantly say excuse me and people waiting to check in have to move there suitcases out of your way. Then the wait time for the tiny suffocating elevator is unbelievably long. Way easier to just take the stairs up and down once you get your luggage to your room. Remember while you wait forever for the elevator you and your luggage are standing right in the way of everyone trying to check in.

The elevator is more like a small service elevator rather than a typical guest elevator.

The room was very outdated and plain. Fridge didn't work. Only lighting is a couple of lamps. The bathroom is so tiny! Getting a shower is not comfortable. There is nothing to lay your clothes on. The low pressure shower leaves you feeling semi clean. The shower curtain doesn't stop the water from running out on the floor. There is a sticker stuck to the wall telling you that you can't flush anything other than toilet tissue in the toilet. Well for women that's a bit of a problem and what makes it an even bigger problem is there isn't a garbage bucket in the bathroom. You have to take the garbage bucket into the bathroom with you and bring it back out with you when you're done.

How this place EVER managed to get a 3 star review or a 4.0 out of 5.0 is baffling at best. We weren't looking for a 5 star hotel but were we ever disappointed with the whole experience.

Then this restaurant that's located in the hotel is the worst. The food was overcooked and underwhelming. The wait time to get served was really long. We had to ask for our cutlery! As did the other couples sitting on either side of us. You'd think cutlery would be provided!!!

The front desk staff and location to the airport is about the only thing that was positive.

I'd recommend you stay anywhere but here!

I’ve checked in very late in the evening around 10ish and I’m expecting that the rate would be cheaper or I can be upgraded as it has been a late check-in. The room got no service water or complimentary water for the price of rhe room. Yes the room is quite clean and overall the looks of the hotel outside is outdated as I didn’t expect it because it’s an airport hotel. The service is just normal.  Nice beds though.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber nah am Flughafen mit kostenlosen Shuttle. Das Frühstück war ok, aber warum muss man heutzutage noch Plastikteller und PlastikBesteck verwenden? Zumal direkt ein Restaurant angrenzt wo sicherlich Teller und Besteck vorhanden sind 👎
