The pictures online are misleading. Building is old & so is furniture. The rooms are old & furniture is old & stained. The beds are not comfortable & there are stains on the skirting, old hard beds with plastic under cover. So disappointing. Bathroom tub is old jacuzzi style but looks like it’s ancient & can see all the stains crud between creases.

The management is very unaccommodating and rather inflexible. I made an error in my booking and required two beds, when the booking agent called the hotel to request a change from one bed to two beds the manager declined, forcing us to book another room or lose our money. Later that day a traffic accident occurred leaving people in need of rooms, there would have been one more available if the manager was willing to change our booking, but greed drove their decision and someone went without a room!

“Breakfast” - Apples, muffins, waffle maker, and cold fake eggs in the cooler.

Bar inside the hotel I could hear people till all hours.

Fitness room opens at 7? Is that just a way of hoping people don’t use it so you don’t have to maintain it? What type of person who uses hotel cardio equipment isn’t gone by 7? Not exactly a sleep in holiday destination. Asked if they could just open it and they just repeated it opens at 7.

I’d recommend avoid staying in High Prairie but if you do, don’t go here.

Terrible Experience - Money Stolen!

I had the worst experience at High Prairie Inn. Not only was the room dirty and the service unprofessional, but the most alarming issue was that money was stolen from my credit card after I stayed here. It’s clear that they don’t care about their guests’ safety or privacy. I would not trust this place with any of your personal information. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, gross rooms. Dirty carpet, other guests garbage left behind in the corners of the room. I was lucky enough to have the “happy endings” room where what was left under the bed didn’t leave much to the imagination. Don’t eat the breakfast either.

The rooms are dirty.
My bathroom was not cleaned - and has hair all over the sink from someone’s shaving. Completely disgusted . It is loud , and smoke from people outside wafts into the room.

Ok rooms only close to a fast food and gas station. The breakfast was a bonus.
