After arriving, we noticed deficiencies in the cottage we were booked for. My wife called, and the guy on the other end of the phone said the best he could do was send a repairman out the next day for the burnt out light bulb.

Couldn't do anything about the stove that couldn't boil water, the closet door that was broken and off the rail, etc etc.

There was a boil water sign inside that apparently wasn't applicable anymore even though it said that they had dug wells but didn't use chlorine. Did they drop a few tablets in each well and call it gud?

After a very long drive to get here, we were not prepared to have to boil water for an hour because the stove was garbage. The pull out sofa has seen some seriously better days and the guy on the other end of the phone says it's only a year old. He also said it's difficult to stay on top of things during the busy season. As a business man myself, I call 100% shenanigans. This is your money making time, make it count!

I'll be sure to mention to anyone who asks how my stay was or where to go for a decent night's rest near St John's about this place.

Thank you for not doing the right thing. Your hospitality has not gone unnoticed.

No bathroom privacy!!!! My husband and I rented one of the executive cottages. Huge problem as the toilet stall is completely open to the bedroom. Meaning, if you are sleeping in the middle of the night and your husband has to have diarrhea, you better be prepared or you will have to get up and put on your clothes and go outside. No privacy!!!! Your husband poops right there! In the open!!!! Also, the toilet tissue is so thin you can see through it. There are two glass doors that you can close to separate the bedroom/toilet from the couch tv area, but then, it’s completely open at the top of the doors lol. You can hear everything! My husband was on the toilet , I was sitting by the tv and was talking to him like he was right there! That’s how little bathroom privacy there is. Also, we called to say we would be arriving late. The man said there is someone in the office until 9. I called around eight to get help with directions as the gps address took us somewhere else, and no one answered the phone. I tried many times. Thanks only to my nephew I found it.

Ceiling started leaking in light rain first night hot tub was leaking from all taps whenever water was on shower only had cold water and wouldn’t allow for hot. And the ac is spitting out smoke

Not my first time here but recently I had a rainbow pod with hot tub, I called them 530pm 30mins after close left a voicemail stating thart hot tub wasn't working like it was cold/Luke warm, turned up far as it could go, so I'd assume element was gone, so paid well for one with the tub to not even be comfortable sitting in, this was Saturday pass, and never did get a phone call back

Beautiful place to stay.
I rented a pod for a night but didn't get to stay there.
I left the pod to go look around the area and locked the key inside so I couldn't get back in as the office was closed but it was my own fault.
Hopefully I will get the chance to stay another time.

Stayed here on June 17th 2023 and had a great experience, service was good, prices were compatible, we stayed in a pod which was very cozy, the only problem and not a very big problem at that was the coffee maker, it's one of those little single serve coffee pod makers , after 20 minutes listening to it gurgle and whine I got about a teaspoon of coffee, those things are useless , my son had one and threw it in the garbage lol, other then that it was perfect . I would highly recommend this spot for a little get away

We rented the 3 bedroom cottage for a family get together and it was so LOVELY! Beautiful space, clean, private, and friendly staff. Everyone was so pleased and wished we had booked a longer stay - we will all be back for sure! There is also a food truck and store on site.
