Le personnel a été très agréable pendant tout mon séjour, ce qui a rendu ma quarantaine plus facile. On peut sortir de notre chambre en tout temps pour aller marcher à l'extérieur si on en a envie. Ma chambre était propre et je m'y sentait bien . Je dirais que le seul hic était le bruit du train qui passe très proche . Pour les gens qui ont de la difficulté à dormir, ça peut causer un problème. Sinon, j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon temps passé à cet hôtel.

L'ensemble des services de l'hotel sont biens. Je n'ai pas ré-essayer la piscine mais la dernière fois, l'eau était froide.

Le principal problème, qui fait que je vais parfois dans un autre hotel est le déjeuner. Le déjeuner inclus avec la chambre est très peu varié, n'offre aucun fruit, il y a supplément pour jus ET café. Également, le service au Ricky est parfois "moyen", le personne n'est pas particulièrement courtois (déjeuner et diner).

Sinon, dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet hotel.

Mistral

Hotel est bien situé, à proximité de restaurants et boutiques. Le service d'accueil est rapide mais pas toujours agréable. Les nouveaux employés ne semblent pas formés pour recevoir les clients réguliers, c'est un peu irritant.

Let chambres son bien netoyer quand j'ai arriver. Il n'ya PAS de microndes Dan's Mon chambres pour en chauffer la mange. Les concierge et la service son bien.

La femme de chambre n'est pas passé 1 jour sur 3, ce qui a eu pour effet de manquer de fourniture de toilette.

I loved how close this was to where we needed to be in Edmonton and how convenient it was to pull into the parking lot. The hotel is fairly clean and the lobby has an area to sit and wait if needed. The key system in the hotel is very picky and none of the keys for our two rooms worked on the second day. If you book breakfast you have to specifically ask at the front counter about it, they don't check for you. You get these little business cards that get you something from the Ricky's breakfast hotel menu or $11 off the main menu. My biggest problem with the hotel was that our room wasn't cleaned/our towels weren't changed. We utilized the door tag on the side that said "out for activities, please clean the room" and we were given a slip of paper that said "sorry we missed you" - when I went down to the front desk I was told that they don't come when the door tag is on... why did the hotel provide the door tag if they didn't want me to use it? Initially we were not offered clean towels but after expressing frustration, we were offered clean towels, which were thrown into the bathroom rather than nicely placed on the shelf. To the hotel's credit, I expressed my concerns at 4:45 and by 5:15 we had towels, so that was nice. If you're only staying for one night this hotel is fine and I probably would recommend it. If you're staying for anything longer than that, you're likely to have problems and I think you'd be better off somewhere else.
