Pas de patates pour le déjeuner, seulement des œufs et des saucisses. Pas de fromage à la crème pour les bagels. Machine à crêpe brisée. Plus de jus de pomme, ni de jus d’orange. Pas de crème pour le café, seulement du coffee mate. Dans la salle de bain, pas de circulation d’air pour l’humidité.

Pros: Close to airport, room was clean, dove products in room. Did not hear airplanes. Restaurant on site which is handy. Slow service but good food. Kids eat at a very discounted rate. Heavy duvet.
Cons: if you like sleeping on the hardest bed ever ask for room 312. Train whistles thru out the night but they do provide ear plugs for light sleepers. Bed was super hard and for this reason I wouldn't rebook here again for the 125.00 night price tag. I got about 3 hours sleep and had to work very early the next day. Not worth the lack if sleep on the hard bed. Pillows are also old and no longer fluffy. Room was set at 73 and if you want to cool it down need to turn to cool and hit 70 but took from 3 pm to 3 am to cool it down.
Overall my experience was uncomfortable

We booked a room for our wedding evening as we had our reception near by and it was close to the airport to allow for guests to travel back home after our wedding. The rooms are alright.. our fireplace didn't work when we first got there. My father in law called someone to come fix it and they promptly came and fixed it so we could have it on. The rooms could be updated slightly. The bed was comfortable. They accommodated a bunch of us getting together and being somewhat loud on a week night, they offered us a conference room we could use as to not disrupt other guests. They were very courteous to us in that aspect. I would stay here again and next time check out the pool as I heard they have a water slide.

check in and check out was really quick and the rooms were really clean and if you like a soft mattress the beds are comfy i like a firm but was still able to sleep fine. the lady with the reddish hair and glasses doing the breakfast in the morning did such an awesome job and was keeping on top of refilling the hot breakfast and cleaning the lobby she was awesome. would definitely stay here again

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Full on breakfast. Shuttle very helpful. The rooms showing wear and tear and unfortunately I could hear people walking and moving things in other rooms and above me.

Excellent Service. We really appreciate all the staffs during our stay for 3 nights consecutively. They are very kind, thanks to the ladies in the customer desk, a special thanks for Lady Abrami for going above and beyond. We liked the room and swimming pool. Finally, one thing, we would like to thanks to the old lady making breakfast very nicely, warm and fresh always.

Normally, I'm keen on this chain. However, I found a pair of women's black leather pants in my recycling bin 4 hours into my stay. Makes you think what the hell happened in my room before I got there. How do you leave without such an expensive item.

Back for another night, the room was spotless. Front desk fast service.

The room was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good lot of variety. Only thing which I am not giving them five stars because of staff behaviour. There was no water in the room which normally hotels provide in the room and I requested to send water the girls who answered my call replied that you need to come down and get it. No one will go once in night wear to get water. They could send some one to room it was not a big deal but the way same replied was not good. Front desk girls were nice who welcomed us. I am not sure who was that staff who answered my phone call.
