This was my first time going to the Honey Spa at the Fern Resort. I had no trouble to change my spa package. Our bookings ran into our lunch time slot at the Fern, but Cathy, the spa director, ordered our lunch for us and had it ready after we were finished. This went over and above customer service. Justice gave me a wonderful/relaxing RMT Massage. The facial with Carley was also up to my standards.

We came to for pedicures. What a pleasant experience. The booking process was so smooth . I had to call and change my appointment and Cathy was so accommodating and super efficient. When we got there we were greeted by Cathy . I must say is very charming and lovely. She gave us little spa slippers and was very welcoming. I had Carley and my friend had Anamaria. They did such an amazing job on our feet and toes. Very sweet girls. We had a lovely afternoon. We definitely found our new spot! Thank you ladies for a great day:)

I have been to many spas in Orillia and finally tapped into Honey Spa at Fern. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect, but my expectations were BLOWN away.

First off, after booking online, I actually received a call from them asking me a few questions.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Cathy, my coat taken and hung and then offered spa slippers to complete the experience. I also was asked to fill in a form which gave them information about me and my health (nothing in depth), but an opportunity to share anything you need them to know that you may forget.

My manicure with Carly was exceptional. She was gentle, kind and asked me many times through out if I was happy with the shape, look, thickness, etc. She was amazing.

Customer service was superior which is super important to me. I've been to other places where I am just a dollar sign on their books.

Needless to say, I've found my new home for my hands, toes and anything else I choose.

I 100% recommend this spa. No, I'm not a family member or being paid to say these things, I'm just giving an honest review of a phenomenal place. I can't wait for my next appointment.

In April 2025 i had a pedicure and a 60 minute massage. I don't treat myself often so this was pure bliss. the following day the usual morning aches and pains weren't there and this made be feel 10 years younger. I highly recommend Honey - The Spa at Fern Resort.

My husband and I attended Honey The Spa this past weekend for the first time. We normally go to the balance spa at the casino but we were able to get in sooner with Honey The Spa and thought we would try it out. The receptionist (sorry I can't recall her name) was lovely and very welcoming. The building is a bit outdated but a nice atmosphere inside the spa. Our overall experience was good. We both enjoyed out massages by the RMT. My main concern, as I emailed the spa later that day as I didn't say anything at the time as other treatments were occurring and didn't want to ruin the experience for others, was the RMT was literally dozing off during my 60 min massage. I could hear them yawning during the entire session which is whatever. But during the shoulder and neck massage they were actually dozing off to the point of leaning on me where I looked up and their eyes were closed and nodding off. During the neck and shoulder massage part where they were nodding off they were also pausing and I thought maybe they were just going through something so didn't say anything but then I finally saw that the person was nodding off. Anyways, overall it was a good massage until the end for myself which I felt like I got shorted as they were pausing and falling asleep at the end. My husband said his was great and noticed yawning but nothing else. Nothing on the Spa and maybe the RMT had a rough day, it is quiet and dark area but is unprofessional in my opinion. I did contact the spa via email afterwards where they apologized and said they would speak to the RMT. But nothing else.

What a beautiful and cozy spa located on the Fern resort. My service was so personal, they have thought of every touch. The esthetican was very knowledgeable, you can tell she knows her stuff. I'll be back again and again

I had such an awesome facial with Madi! My skin feels so good! She gave me a report of my skin and what I could use to improve its health- I much appreciate! Cathy is so personable, a great representation of the spa. I can’t wait to go back again- highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about Honey - The Spa. Cathy and her team are the sweetest; I met a few of them during my first visit. Such a fitting name for this establishment!

Having personally experienced the most relaxing and enjoyable pedicure and manicure back in May (delayed review as I had a baby that month). I wanted to thank and give a shoutout to Alexis B. My nails looked pretty in purple polish and were unchipped for weeks.

The spa smells incredible, the atmosphere is chic and modern yet warm and welcoming as it feels oh-so-cozy. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! I recommend this place to everyone. It truly is a hidden gem!
