Super friendly and great service. Excellent people an highly recommended . Thanks again for all you did to get my tub back to normal. Also have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

I took a spa pack here to be serviced. I called back after a week and they still hadnt looked at it and was told to call back in another week. When i waited another week and called them the owner said. "It was too old to be fixed and "my guys" threw it out". I dont understand throwing out someone elses property. The pack may have been old but it had a brand new heater in it i could have kept for parts. They did nothing to compensate for this blunder, the only option propossed was to buy a new pack at full cost. I bought one online and installed it myself. I will never deal with this location again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Drove up from the city only to realize i forgot my wallet. Jane not only allowed me to start a tab on the chemicals I desperately needed, she also lent me $20 for my drive back. It's business and people like Jane that make Bracebridge such a great place.

I don't write reviews often but to say that Graham went above and beyond for us is an under-statement, so I figured I'd leave a few comments here.

We are undertaking a large landscaping project and ordered the swim spa last year for it, even though we just got our landscaping ready for the install this spring. Everyone at the Hot Tub Wearhouse was great to deal with and when Graham was going to be out of the office for a day, he provided his cell number, just in case I needed it, and mentioned that he was heading over to Ottawa. I jokingly asked him "do you want to pick up a snow blower for us" because I had ordered one but it was going to be a while before they could arrange delivery to Parry Sound. Graham said "absolutely" and the next day he arrived back in Bracebridge with the snow blower on his truck for us, which we picked up on a weekend, outside of business hours!!! Remember we were buying a swim spa and I hadn't ever met the man yet, but he still went out of his way to do something completely unexpected, which we really appreciated!!

Next comes the part where the landscapers didn't finish the job prior to the winter, so we couldn't activate the swim spa yet. Graham was supposed to deliver the unit to our place but it's very large and there was no where to store it indoors so we were worried it would freeze. It was empty but there was risk of rain penetrating the shrink wrap and Graham didn't want to take any chances. He brought the unit to his showroom and stored it for the winter there, which was again unexpected but very much appreciated!

Yesterday, we were finally ready to activate the unit and Graham sat for most of the day in the heat waiting for water trucks to arrive, just to make sure everything was perfect before he left. He went over everything with us, wrote all the chemical details on the lids of each product to make it easy, and cleaned everything up flawlessly before leaving. Service doesn't get any better than this!! You won't find a better place to buy a hot tub!!

Thanks to Graham and the team for going so far beyond the call of duty! We appreciate all the efforts greatly and look forward to continuing to do business with you for life!
