Came here with my husband and our 6 month old daughter as she had surgery at the children's hospital across the street. The rooms were so lovely and spacious, beds were very comfy, a bit soft on the edges but heavenly soft and cozy. The pillows and blankets were amazing I wish I had them at home. The bathroom was so spacious and so nicely appointed. The soap and lotion smelt lovely. The service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things. They made our stressful trip so much less stressful with the ease of check in and the convenience of our stay. I'd love to come back for a couples getaway again in the future. Highly recommend booking direct with alt hotel. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Sadly it wasn't relaxing at all.
I chose the hotel for a few nights. The first night was great. As I was exhausted. I haven't slept a full night in 4 years.
My son stayed across the street in the hospice. It was the first time in 4 years that I took a break from the medical life.
After my first night of good rest.
It went down hill. I could just hear the elevator all day and night. My room neighbor was in some sort of crises which took forever for the hotel to resolve. This man was screaming for help for hours! I have a very complex medical child so I was quite concerned. and it would not let me rest. I asked multiple times he was ok. And the staff told me it was under control.
My time to relax and recharge turned into, I would have had better sleep at home with my so s ventilator alarms. Yet this hotel is the only option close to the children's hospital and the hospice. So I will have to stay again in the future. I just hope next time I can actually take a break and just relax. And hoping maybe with a more expensive room that the room hopefully will be quieter and you won't hear all the neighbors and elevator sounds.

Spotlessly clean clean clean!! So happy with this hotel. Nespresso maker in each room. Looks like 13 rooms/floor. ||Very walkable to Children's Hospital, the university and Market Mall. Having Charcut attached to the hotel makes where to dine an easy choice. Overall highly recommend.

My grandson needed day surgery at 2 months old and we stayed here the childrens hospital is 7 min walk away, but what made this Hotel amazing was the kind caring staff and reasonable rates. We absolutely loved the room and felt at home.
We will definitely be back and under way better circumstances. I recommend this hotel and area for a great weekend away.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and teenage daughter. There is no where to park when you first arrive and it is not super apparent where the actual entrance to the Hotel is. I initially parked in a rough field behind the hotel. Upon check in I was told there is a parkade with a white door for an additional $20.00. I went looking for that but it looked like it was under a separate building. I ended up parking on the street. The blinds wouldn’t close. The shower water was barely warm enough to shower properly. I didn’t realize this until I was commuted to the process and had to shower super fast as I was getting cold! | The property has an IKEA vibe. If you’re into the whole eco friendly vibe it would suit you perfect considering the parking and no hot water situation.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Great location with all the amenities you’d need in the area or within the hotel. They gave us a warm welcome gift for our special day. The only thing I have a comment about is that the blinds were see through (at least for us? Maybe the windows are tinted from the outside). Easy and cheap parking underground and dog friendly. Room was very modern and comfortable. 10/10 recommend staying here!
