Ce fut une étape agréable. Hôtel situé en centre ville sur Mémorial drive , très calme . Bon accueil .aimable et professionnel. Belle décoration moderne. Grande chambre et belle salle de bain . Excellent restaurant , pâtes à la carbonara savoureuses .

Hôtel situé au bord d'une route très passante et un peu loin du centre ville. Même si les prestations de l'hôtel sont bonnes et l'accueil sympathique ,le restaurant est un peu cher et la carte du petit déjeuner insuffisante

Yikes. Non-profit organization booked me for a 7 day business trip stay in October. It didn't seem as if there were any guests at the hotel, probably because it was during Thanksgiving. Flipped over my pillow, and I found a large cockroach underneath it late at night, asked to be moved to a different room, but there was no apology. Host organization phoned the next day; again, no apology at all from hotel staff, and my hosts also felt uncomfortable with the poor customer service. They decided to move me to another hotel. On my way out, there was no acknowledgement or apology. Front desk just handed me the bill. Staff didn't seem at all surprised that there were cockroaches. Host and myself felt the hotel should have handled guest service better.

Rooms are spacious, large, dimly lit, fireplace is nice...fumigation is needed!

Great hotel overall! The rooms are spotless, and the staff is warm and welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. While the breakfast could use some improvement, the early service is a convenient touch that adds to the experience. Highly recommend staying here!

I loved my stay at Hotel Arts Kensington. The staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms clean, stylish, and comfortable (with Skoah toiletries!), and the hotel is located in a great neighbourhood, with great restaurants, an independent bookstore, with access to streets filled with character homes and a big city park--to say nothing of the river valley adjacent to the hotel itself. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of luxury in the centre of Calgary with the intimacy of a small hotel. The Oxbow (in-house restaurant) makes the best burger I've ever had.

Excellent location on the edge of downtown meant we could walk and not waste our time and money on local transportation. Very nice continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. Overall feel and vibe was more upscale than expected. We hope to return, soon
