Amazing experience!! My husband starting coming here to treat a severe concussion, and I came with him to sit in the Salt Chamber for my asthma. Now my entire family has come here to enjoy any one of their amazing services - from red light to salt to oxygen!! The staff is friendly and great to deal with. We had such amazing success with my husband's concussion that we signed up for a 3 month membership and I cannot believe the results! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this spa. The parking lot is secure. The front desk staff are exceptional and informative. The facility is modern, clean and safe. I tried the salt room and oxygen chamber. I spoke with a number of clients that freely gave testimonials about how their autoimmune disorder, skin condition or arthritis had improved. It is a hidden gem in Edmonton that once discovered, provides great benefits to one’s health and wellbeing.

I absolutely love the is place. The receptionist is so kind and knows her stuff! She explained everything. We met the owner and he showed us around to the very back to see what’s coming next! He is so nice and very welcoming. The only thing is Kelowna has beach chairs in the salt room which is ammmmazing. He has the gravity chairs which are a B-. I told him about that and he was happy to hear about this and hopefully one day he decides to change them but regardless this whole place is relaxing !

On April 4, 2025, I had surgery for a distal bicep tendon tear, meaning my bicep had to be reattached to my elbow. The injury happened during a fundraiser where I was playing lighthearted games with special needs athletes — a very wholesome event. Unfortunately, the way a large ball hit my arm caused the tear.

Just 14 months earlier, I had torn the same tendon in my other arm, and that recovery took about six months to reach near full function. I wasn’t eager to go through another six-month rehab, so I began looking for ways to speed up the healing process. That’s when a friend recommended trying the hyperbaric chamber.

The chamber is conveniently located just off Whyte Ave. You book two-hour sessions through their app, and each session takes place in an airplane-like cabin. There are two chambers — one of them has west-facing windows that let in lots of sunlight and stunning sunset views. That one became my favorite.

For two months, I went as often as I could — at least four times a week. The facility also offers a salt room and red light beds, which are included in the package. I used the red light therapy regularly as well.

Compared to my previous injury, my recovery was significantly faster. Quantitatively, I’d say my arm healed about 50% faster — if not more. I didn’t even use physiotherapy or massage therapy this time. By the three-month mark, I had stopped using the chamber and was already back to hot yoga, with full range of motion and the ability to strength train with light weights.

If you’re recovering from an acute injury or dealing with a chronic issue that just won’t go away, I highly recommend trying the hyperbaric chamber for at least two months. It truly accelerated my healing process.

I’ve been going to the salt chamber and oxygen spa regularly. I’m young and don’t have any major health conditions but have been accompanying my dad for his sessions. However, I’ve been sleeping better, my migraines have stopped, and my varicose veins are a lot less prominent since starting the oxygen spa. I also have a lot of relief from my chronic congestion within minutes of entering the salt chamber (that the use of a neti pot, allergy medication, and corticosteroids did not help with).

The facilities are always clean and staff are friendly and caring (and helped my elderly father when I wasn’t able to attend a session with him).

Highlights:
- The waiting area has a nice coffee machine (it makes all sorts of different coffees like latte, americano, etc.). There are also creamers, sweeteners, and tea
- Seats in the waiting area are very comfortable. There are even chairs with massage function and a variety of books to read
- There’s redox/hydrogenated water in the oxygen chambers (we try to drink 1L of it during each 2 hour session)
- The oxygen chambers have a regular lounge and a separate premium lounge. The regular lounge has chairs that tilt back, while the premium lounge has fully reclinable massage chairs, and nespresso station. Both lounge types are comfortable, spacious, have a tv, wifi, adjustable lighting, and access to the redox water and bathroom
- The salt chamber has comfortable reclining loungers and the lighting, trickle water wall, and spa music create a relaxing atmosphere

My dad is a homebody and was skeptical, but now looks forward to coming here and always asks me when we can go again.

For anyone anxious about the oxygen chamber - it’s not scary! There is an area at the entrance of the oxygen chamber that slowly increases the pressure and then you enter the main oxygen chamber. A staff member is always with you during this and walked us through how to release ear pressure and did the pressure change extra slowly our first time. My dad and I find it super easy now and have no discomfort.

I will update my review when I try the red light therapy soon.

If the gate to enter the parking lot is closed, call and staff will open it.

First, the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. The facility is clean and welcoming. ( During session 3 the washroom and water dispenser stopped working after an hour). Was fixed when I returned for my last session. Secured parking outside the entrance. After 8 hours of oxygen there was no increase in energy, reduction of swelling or joint pain for me. Massages, acupuncture and cupping worked . Glad I tried this therapy, disappointed it didn’t work for me.

Great lounge would recommend premium - recliner is nice can take a nap read watch laptop or tv. The only thing to add would be more charging outlet since you’re in there for 2 hours

What an amazing experience. Jack and the team are so knowledgeable, friendly and have everything nailed down to a science. After my first treatment, I came out feeling refreshed, energized and ready for the day without most of the back pain I would tend to get most days. Unlike traditional medical therapy experiences, this is luxurious to say the least. From the comfy reclining massage chairs to the coffee and hydrogenated water, all the little details were thought of. Even if you have to work, phones, laptops etc not an issue so there's no excuse not to get a treatment.

Thanks Jack, I'll definitely be back again!
