La chambre paraissait bien, mais sur le tapis, grosse boule de cheveux et bouteille de bière vide sous le lit. Faut croire que le ménage n'est pas leur point fort, même dans les corridors!! J'ai réservé avec booking.com et sur place, le prix est légèrement différent.Ils chargent des frais pour la publicité et pour tourisme (environ 10$ de plus) Lit confortable.

Very clean and large room. I really enjoyed the variety of the complimentary breakfasts. Very friendly staff. The location was great for my needs!! The only down side was that this trip was for business so I did not bring my kids with me. They would have LOVED the large pool and hot tub!!||Thank you!!

Room 103 was gross. Ants everywhere. Husband stayed for two nights waiting for a room and trying to find a new hotel with occupancy. When he went to check out all of a sudden there was a room to move to but he already found a new room in another hotel. The hotel was loud and questionable people around. Looks like people are living there. Smells of weed everywhere. Do not stay here. They charged him for the two nights and it was questioned whether or not they wouldn’t charge him for the entire week he was booked in for! My husband stays in a lot of hotels and some are not so nice but this one was most disgusting one he has ever encountered.

The room was the most disgusting room ive ever been in!! Bug infested, boogers on the walls and doors, centimetre thick dust in the rugs………DISGUSTING!! I asked TWICE for the room to be cleaned and finally just cleaned it myself! I caught HUNDREDS of bugs on my lint/hair remover roll and turned them into front desk when I checked out. The jets in the tub were so gross, i couldnt even shower, and A/C was gutted and replaced with plastic board that could be pushed in from outside and anyone could enter the room as it was only secured with tape. NEVER AGAIN!

I am extremely frustrated with the management for forcing us to pay full price for the less than five minutes we spent in the room, only to have to book another hotel for the weekend. This hotel and its rooms do not match the marketing claims, and their entire operation is unacceptable. I plan to actively contact hotel booking sites such as Trivago, Priceline, and Booking.com to request the removal of Ramada by Wyndham Medicine Hat from their listings. This establishment does not deserve to be included in their offerings.||We have followed up with the hotel several times over the past three months and have not received a single email or phone call in response. We are completely disgusted with this hotel and its management.

My room was clean enough. I suppose. Except fair size patch of asphalt or whatever in carpet. A little beat up. Bathtub seriously needs replacing. Sink area nice except cheap faucet barely reaches the sink(!). No cover for batteries in tv remote. They would often lose contact. TV would lose signal for minutes at a time. No bedspread -- just another top sheet on top of cheap blanket. Some of the hallways look like the haven't been cleaned in 5-10 yrs. Actually. No benches or ash trays outside so there are butts everywhere. Breakfast not the best in town. Upstairs outdoor veranda, ledges and stairways seriously need cleaned as well. Whole place needs a serious deep cleaning really.

The people here rip you off if you do a cash deposit. We rolled joints in the room and they said we smoked in the room. There’s a big difference between rolling them and smoking them. They did not give us our cash deposit back will never stay there again. They were very rude to us. They didn’t even give me my proper receipt when we left. It took my cash deposit did not that we had cash deposit taken because supposedly we smoked in the room. Which we don’t smoke in the room. Won’t ever stay there again
